I have found that there is a big difference in the taste when you slurp or don't slurp your noodles. The noodles, to me, taste much better when you slur!

Yes, but many things are made from roux. Should you call all of them "roux"?

I somewhat agree about talking loud on a train. I found that as the number of Japanese traveling together increases, the louder they talk!
