"Lax safeguards?", those turkeys did not learn anything from what happen 10 years ago. That is scary.

I wonder why does it matter whether or not it was premeditated? He permanently stole somebody's life that can never be returned. Each and everyone of us have to reap the consequences of our actions.

Efforts should also be made to improve the toxic work environment here in Japan. It is difficult to start a family having to work a lot of unpaid overtime.

We went to a drug store this evening and saw them selling a box of 50 mask for 3200 Yen. A back before the pandemic those same boxes were selling for 500 Yen. How is that not price gouging?

I wish I can get paid for that extended holiday. This is just going to hurt me and my family financially. The laws are pointless if it does make the black companies pay the employees for this forced time off.

Even if they are guilty, I don't understand why they are coming down on them so hard. Don't Japanese exec cheat on there taxes all the time here? It does not seem like it would be as big of a deal if the CEO and exec were Japanese. Remember the TEPCO scandal and the shady goverment land sell? Don't hear about that anymore.
