This happens everywhere worldwide, the technicians that check the bids can always check the competitor price so someone else gives a lower bid. But how can you prove it? A simple call saying “Hey mitsubishi has 10 trillion yen, put your bid to 9.7 trillion.

Kim Jong Un is miscalculating. Any country can trigger the war with a false attack right now. Time is over for talking, North Korea should do what its told to do. Or next year we will be into a war that nobody wants.

Two things I learn from Russia, they always complain when another country installs any defensive system, yet they are willing to destabilize the Region giving ICBM technology to North Korea so they can sell their weapons. Unlike USA that does the same but they wouldn't heasitate to attack North Korea.

Posted in: Defense ministry to request special budget to buy long-range cruise missiles See in context

I believe that the purpose of defence is to be able to defend yourself. We know that these Cruise missiles are able to make surgical attacks, they are expensive and used only to destroy military threats. If North Korea has 100 planes, 100 tanks, 100 missile launchers, then Japan should have 600 of these Missiles. 2 for each threat.

Japan should produce its own missiles.

Japan is developing the Xasm-3 but it wont be ready until 2019z

I've always said that without Cruise missiles Japanese defense is worthless. How can you defend against someone if you have almost nothing to hit him with.

Posted in: San Francisco unveils memorial to WWII 'comfort women' See in context

If i'm next to that statue I would stare at it and say:

There're two issues concerning "comfort women" these are if they really happened and if its truth are japanese guilty or not.

first if all the only proof about forced prostitution are these women testifying.

second is are the Japanese Guilty? First of all its been about 73 years and these people responsible would be dead by now.

If it was truth Japan paid compensation 2 times and apologised enough.

but at the end of the day, do we really feel responsible for that? At least not me and most Japanese think that way.

i would say "Sorry Koreans I din't fell guilty at all"

Ironword, Japan is not usong the PAC defense system for 3 reasons.

First it can only destroy its target when the missile is going to hit the area bearby because pac missiles are very limited, second since the missile is launched Xband radars know their course. And last if you destroy it Debris can kill anyone

Most BRIC countries wont give supoort to Japan since they habe slmething in common and thats's opress their civilians and block the democratic movements, aka: China, Russia, NK, Venezuela, Iran, Syria. When you have a corrupt government you need to find allies and they have to be jist like you.

So im guessing that Japan will never find support with them, and thats a bet

sooner or later Japan will start making their ICBM. Maybe incomplete Devices. Epsilon Rocket is capable of delivering a bomb to any country. Japan has All the nuclear Isotopes for a thermonuclear Bomb. And Japan Has gas relats. They only need to assemble them because Japan can make Silos in 3-4 months.

so actually Japan is able to make 100 Silo ready ICBMS loaded with bombs in 6 months
