Ya can't beat the traditional Kentucky on a Christmas day. Long live Colonel Sanders. I had a holly jolly Xmas last year feasting on Kentucky Fried Chicken, thanks to the Colonel.

@distantcalm Well said. What an utterly pointless charade. Having said that, who would have expected anything else than an overreaction from the ever conservative Japan.

The Coronavirus has caused a lot of problems for everyone with this mask codswallop. I was very relieved when I found out you can also call it 'Covid-19'.

I go there almost everyday. I was around there on that Sunday too. Christ Almighty that girl is lucky to have gotten away with it for the most part, though no doubt she'll have some serious trauma to deal with after this.

I was knocked off my bicycle by an 86 year old driver and hospitalized not long ago. Do not remember a thing. It is scary that there are so many of them behind the wheel out there.

''The driver mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake.'' Typical.

I've seen this over and over in Tokyo, folks taking off their mask to sneeze openly into the air, often into the close vicinity of oncoming pedestrians, and then whipping it back on.

Why do they not realise that sneezing into the mask would be the better thing to do? You could either clean it or just get another one - without having blown out all that bacteria and air at high pressure exposing others.

When will these draconian lockdowns ever stop? Life must go on. Keep the vulnerable and elderly taken care of, and let the rest of us get back to it. There's more to life than worrying incessantly about the Rona.

Do you see how callous this comment of yours comes off? Do you not think that perhaps this person has strengths over you, and maybe weaknesses in others?
