“The only thing that makes sense is for Canada to become our cherished Fifty First State," Trump posted Tuesday. "This would make all Tariffs, and everything else, totally disappear.”
He’s still wasting time on this nonsense?
If tariffs are so great why doesn’t he like it when Canada use them?

Americans want to make a living as well.
Sure, just not toiling in fields.
Farmers are not suddenly going to start paying higher wages, especially now.

any company or farm or whatever that depends on underpaying for illegal immigrant labor to make profit needs to close.
It is estimated that over 40% of US farms employ undocumented workers. Do you think closing them will cause food prices to go up or down?

Especially, if they do it through ‘emergency’ powers. It could be done in just weeks.
It takes a lot longer than ‘just weeks’ to build a power plant and the infrastructure to supply electricity.

America will simply divert electricity from other areas to make up for it and do less business with Canada
If it’s that easy why haven’t they already done it? I’ll explain why.
Canada has excess electricity generated by hydro or nuclear.
The US just doesn’t have the hydro resources and nuclear is controversial so they have to use fossil fuels which are much more costly.
Thus they depend on Canadian electricity.

Let's see what happens, in a perfect world tariffs start coming down everywhere and consumers benefit from lower prices, while inflation drops and brings down interest rates = that's the DJT Trade Agenda!
Are you saying tariffs won’t lead to lower prices?
Well done.

International Women's Day protests would be more meaningful if ALL women were represented. Eg: Those who oppose men invading women's sports and private spaces and those who fight for the rights of unborn females. Why are these women excluded?
Who said they are excluded? Nobody is stopping them from protesting.
