We were talking about Trump committing a crime,

What crime?

Falsifying business records.

I did some research today: The alleged "crime" of violating campaign finance law was to have occurred in 2016, 7 years ago. However, New York State statutes of limitations on campaign finance law violations generally range from one year to 6 years. On the federal side, such cases have up to five years for charges to be filed. If the charge is Tax Fraud, then New York State Tax Law places a three-year statute of limitations. So either way, the DNC, DA Bragg, and the deranged radical Left don't even have a snowball's chance on a hot July noon. ROFL

lol quick bass, is they any way you could contact 45’s legal team? You may just have cause to throw the whole case. Quick hurry now before it’s too late! lol

What law was broken? More Dem clam digging…

Alleged to have been broken Bass, wait until the trial.

But just to clarify for you; it’s in the article above. Falsifying business records. In case you were unaware that is a crime, whatever your political affiliations. It is a crime and has been throughout your entire lifetime.

I think the Dems don’t know what’s coming.

Well, he will now finally have to answer for his crimes, no more running, finally judgment will be met.

Sleazy…one might say the same about this judge

You might, 45 can’t. He’s been gagged.

Looking forward to seeing him in court on Monday. Never surrender, right?

Trump has every right to respond to their public assertions

Why doesn’t he want to do it in court?

You know why.

"two sleaze bags who have, with their lies and misrepresentations, cost our Country dearly!”

That’s some hard projecting.

How has a porn star cost the country dearly? It’s not like his reputation was sterling before he tried to hush her up.

NASA!?!?!? WOW. And predicted eclipses until the year 3000!

Doing something people have been doing for 3000 years.

Well, not everybody. mtg thinks they are a sign from god.

Thankfully the number of people who take her seriously are a small and very deluded minority.

Anybody who thinks solar eclipses are a sign from god to ‘repent’ should be immediately dismissed from serious discussions. Give her something to keep her busy but don’t listen to her.

So you must think Sheila Jackson is also a joke, right?

I don’t care. She’s not in the article or in any way connected to it. I think mentioning her is a joke.

MTG is a joke. Anybody who thinks solar eclipses are a sign from god to ‘repent’ should be immediately dismissed from serious discussions. Give her something to keep her busy but don’t listen to her.

NASA have accurately predicted every single eclipse in the modern age and have a list of every single eclipse that will occur until the year 3000.

lol. Thanks 45. I’m trying to think of any national holidays or high visibility Christian themed events. I can’t believe nobody thought of having any before.

So you believe any US citizen should have a gun.

If they show competency and be responsible absolutely.

Second amendment doesn’t say that.

So you think the second amendment shouldn’t be taken literally or has exceptions.

Criminals, children, the mentally ill.

No, but the criminals will always have access to guns and the mentally ill, depends.

Second amendment doesn’t say that.

So you think the second amendment shouldn’t be taken literally or has exceptions.

That is what second amendment absolutism means.

Yes

It’s not a very common sense approach is it?

I think it is

But you don’t think that. As you stated above the second amendment has exceptions and is not absolute.

Either that or you are very confused.

Common sense and decency however would argue that second amendment absolutists are wrong and hypocritical.

I disagree with that statement, that is what common sense tells me.

So you believe any US citizen should have a gun. Criminals, children, the mentally ill.

Think twice before buying your kids a gun.

It depends, each state is different

Do they have the same second amendment or did it get amended in each state?

I mean the second amendment says nothing about mental illness or age or criminal background. So you might argue anyone is permitted to own a gun, if you were a second amendment absolutist.

Common sense and decency however would argue that second amendment absolutists are wrong and hypocritical.

“She blamed the school for not giving her the “bigger picture” about Ethan”

I think buying him a gun for an 15 year old and keeping it unsecured was to blame.

10 years is too short for such idiotic parents and hopefully is a warning to others to at least follow basic gun safety if common sense is too difficult.

The right will never get a ban on abortion in the same way the left will never get a ban on the second amendment.

Lol while is calling for a ban on the second amendment? Nobody.

Plenty of people are calling for an amendment. An amendment, can you imagine such a thing? Who’d have thunk the constitution could be amended.

Most US Christians are pro-abortion.

No, most Christians are Pro-life

No, most US christians support abortion rights.

Well. that is not entirely true, the hardcore Evangelicals want an outright ban regardless of the woman's situation, they are more of a rarity, but if you want to talk and preach about dictating someone's lifestyle the left needs to be careful on that one.

The issue is abortion, don’t wander.

Most US christians are pro-abortion. The evangelicals are a minority among a minority and shouldn’t dictate their lifestyle upon others.

The sanctimonious liberals who are experts at pretending that they truly believe in whatever they espouse get the shock of their lives when they see minority support for Trump on the rise.

How many of the ex-45 staff mentioned in the article are ‘sanctimonious liberals’?

As long as the pseudo-liberal racists keep on looking down on those who support Trump, they will continue being surprised as to why Trump has so much of support.

45 supporters do a fine job of making themselves look stupid. They don’t need roasting, they already burnt to a crisp.

The juries are made up of ‘the people’. Let them decide.

In a blue state and in a state Trump didn’t win. That would be like Biden being on trial and the child health in Texas, we already know what the liberals would say to that.

So you only like the legal system when it is on your favour. Just say it. Don’t dance around your prejudices.

Honestly, the best thing would be is to just drop all of these witch-hunt lawsuits and let the people decide

We went through this yesterday. 59% of ‘the people’ want him to go to trial before the election. You are a minority. The juries are made up of ‘the people’. Let them decide.

Constitutionally he can always appeal with stated reasons as to why she shouldn't be awarded the money.

Has he tried ‘because gavin mcinnes (yes, him proud boys) at blaze.com says so’?

He probably won't, especially with all the appeals that he will launch, it's not like, next week she will get that cash, that is not going to happen, the guy is going to fight and use every conceivable legal way to stop that from happening as he should.

No. He has posted bond for the appeal. The appeal will in all likelihood lose and the money will be paid to Ms. Carroll. That’s how the system works. He can not appeal indefinitely.

In the meantime he will rack up more legal fees. Maybe you should post another check, oh wait no you wired it right?
