Posted in: Do you think the Tokyo Olympics, if they are held, will be a coronavirus super-spreader event? See in context

A "petri-dish" like super spreader event in the making.

Sorry for the athletes, but there are things more important than setting world records.

You'd expect that the communist Chinese would at least be able to make a effective vaccine especially since they're the ones who created and unleashed COVID-19 on the world.

At your own risk. I for one, am going to hunker down until a decent vaccine gets rolled out.

So, it's stay home and stay safe for me and my family.

Posted in: Since the central government lost a number of lawsuits related to side effects of vaccines in the past, both the country and pharmaceutical companies became negative toward developing vaccines, which has weakened the foundation for such efforts. See in context

There's been a lot of talk about vaccines, but has there been any improvement or breakthroughs in treatment of COVID symptoms?

I'm all for boycotting China (and the 50 cent trolls).

Easier said than done, but try to buy fewer Chinese products if and when your budget allows.

Look for alternatives. They're out there.

Keep in mind that the less you buy from China, the better it is for the rest of the world.

Wear a mask (maybe 2) correctly and always when in proximity of other people. Use a new one everyday.

Wash your hands properly and frequently. Never touch your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

Keep some hand sanitizer on you at all times. Extra masks too.

Wear a mask when dining, removing it only between mouthfuls of food or beverages.

Always maintain social distance.

Avoid crowds.

Don't talk or laugh too loud.

Go out only when required and keep it to a minimum (stay home as much as possible).

Cook at home or order take-outs.

Dine only at establishments that have implemented proper preventive measures.

Now, having done all the above, what else is there left to do until effective vaccines are rolled out for everyone?

Oh, yes. I almost missed one..."STAY VIGILANT".
