The problem was the poor construction of the airplane. You simply need to see the news in the past year about BOEING doors falling off, missing bolts, rushed construction, and bad sensors. A bad single sensor was the biggest issue with that particular plane. That single sensor that could easily be destroyed by balloons or birds determined if the planes nose was level, faced up or down. When that sensor breaks, the plane automatically becomes automatically unlevel because the company added massive engines to that particular plane that made it fly uneven in flight. That one sensor was the only thing keeping the plane level.

We also see why conservatives do not understand or support Israel's Nazis tactics on the Palestinians. Chinese real estate is a scam. Typically, it is a ponzi scheme. People pay for the construction in advance. That money goes towards building the residence of an earlier customer. The current customers residence will start construction when the company sells residences to new customers. That is in addition to other companies building high residences that not many families bought because of the poor economy and the ponzi scheme mentioned earlier that caused many projects to be unfinished and abandoned. Who wants to live in a high rise that is not completely built. These are investments. Also, a lack completion means the surrounding area has not been developed. Where are the grocery stores, entertainment areas, transportation services, or other conveniences? These places often looks like dytopian city like in the movie I am Legend.

If you were one of the initial buyers who paid in advanced or took out a loan, then you are screwed. You may (no conveniences in the area) or may not (have to pay rent somewhere else) be able to live in it, and you are guaranteed to loose money if or when you are able to sell the residence.

It was a city before it became a prefecture so it's still known as a city no matter how much you want to pretend it isn't.

Jenna Ellis admitted to making numerous false statements about election fraud during her own negotiations with Colorado bar authorities. And similar proceedings are pending against former Justice Department attorney Jeff Clark, who has been fighting to get federal courts to intervene in the process.

One email cited on page 13 of the 45-page indictment offers a look at the frustration expressed by some of Trump’s campaign staff over the effort to subvert the election results.

News update: This just gets better!

While Trump is set to appear before a federal magistrate judge on Thursday, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, has been assigned to oversee this case.

She has delivered harsh sentences to Jan. 6 defendants, being the only federal judge to assign them sentences longer than the government requested. Chutkan has previously ruled against Trump, including when she denied his plea to withhold records from the House select committee’s investigation into the Jan. 6 insurrection.
