oh but it is fact she signed a letter saying it never happened

So what? Even if it didn't happen, which of course it did, what does that have to do with Trump illegally falsifying his business records?

Those documents exist, thus are “fact”

Yes, I'm sure the letter you're claiming is proof wasn't forced upon her. That would be totally out of character for Trump to do. Right? :)

The desperation from the left had reached insanity level.

No. Desperation is when you make up "facts" to try and deflect from the actual facts of the case.

Hush money isn’t a crime.

We know, but illegal campaign violations are a crime, and so is submitting fraudulent documents to conceal that crime.

A state regulation doesn’t apply to a federal election.

Wrong.

but somehow the judge and jury will make it work anyway.

Yes, because you're wrong about every fact of the case. Stop watching Foxnews, Breitbart, and Newsmax, they're misinforming their viewers.

Boy, the left are trying so, so very hard.

Boy the right are trying so, so very hard.

So the letter signed by her denying it 5 different years is just “inconvenient” to her story?

What's that got to do with Trump falsifying his business records? What's that got to do with Trump discussing the illegal scheme on tape?

Or an affair that your bud says isn’t a crime.

It isn't a crime. Illegal campaign contributions are a crime. As are falsifying business documents to conceal the crime.

An affair that never happened. Per her own letter. Mentioned 2006 and 200011 (lol) and 2016/17/18. 5 different denials (or lies)

lol This complete and utter nonsense? Hilarious. You're just repeating the same nonsense Trump did. He's on tape strategizing the hush money payment scheme.

Which was a private matter.

Filing fraudulent documents in order to conceal a crime isn't a "private matter."

What’s so bizarre about this is that the Dems are trying every conceivable way to squeeze out a squeezed lemon over something that ran it’s statute of limitation.

No, the statute of limitations hasn't run out. Wrong again.

so you say we didn’t hear about Stormy before the 2016 election? Oh but we did.

Oh, but we didn't. If that's really what you believe then link me an article about the affair prior to the election.

Still would like to know how a state can prosecute a supposed election interference in a federal election.

Because it's a state statute.

plus, we heard all this before 2016 election anyway. What was interfered with?

No, we didn't hear about this before the elections. That was the whole point of the $130,000 payment.

Ummm…wake up?

Nope. lol

“Black voter support for Trump up from 4% to 23%, poll finds”

I said vote. A poll is not a vote for starters. Next, it is downright comical for the Trump backers to think they know more about the needs of the black community when they're stuck at getting 23% of the black vote, compared to the 77% going to Democrats. Pure genius.

Lunched with white supremacists in the Senate.

Lmao You're stuck 30 years in the past. Did Biden say there were good people on both sides of white supremacist marches and counter protests in Charlottesville? Does Biden routinely call for immigration cuts from all but white countries? To read your silly posts, one would think that Trump is an amazing ally to African-Americans yet can't even get 20% of the black vote. Why would that be?

The customers. Not the workers.

No. The workers. Nice try.

nothing but silence on the fear has Trump done only for Black Americans, huh?

lmao Silence? I already addressed your silly comment. Wake me up when he cracks 20% of the black vote.

Housing reform.

Housing reform like this?

Trump Administration’s Proposed Rule Would Perpetuate Racist and Discriminatory Housing Practices

A new proposed rule from the Trump Administration’s Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) would make it significantly harder for families to fight housing policies and practices that restrict access to housing or perpetuate disparities for certain people.[1] The rule would dramatically change the standards by which a person or entity, including the federal government, can sue to end discriminatory housing practices through what is known as a “disparate impact” claim, thereby weakening the Fair Housing Act (FHA), a Civil-Rights-Era federal law protecting people who have historically experienced racism and discrimination that limit their housing options.

https://www.cbpp.org/research/trump-administrations-proposed-rule-would-perpetuate-racist-and-discriminatory-housing

This really shouldn't surprise anyone given that Tom Barrack is a big Trump ally, and his corporation has bought up tens of billions in single family houses in some of the largest markets in the US, driving up housing costs there. Trump and crew are really for the people. By the people, I mean the ultra rich.

Criminal Justice reform.

You said only for black people. This 1) isn't only for black people, and 2) was a popular bill with bipartisan support in both chambers of congress.

What has Biden supposedly done for Black Americans that he hasn’t done for any other group?

What has trump supposedly done for Black Americans that he hasn't done for any other group? I mean, besides discriminating against them as tenants.

Just saying George Floyd over and over doesn’t work any more.

Yeah, you Biden needs to take hints from Team Trump who got a whopping 17% of the black vote last election. reeeee

When you go to Mar-a-Lago, it's his presidency in exile and that's why they keep turning up.

lmao A presidency in exile? Hilarious. This can only be possibly true in the minds of the unwell.

MAGA is a cult, and that's why his followers "keep turning up" there.

20167 years ago. However, New York State statutes of limitations on campaign finance law violations generally range from one year to 6 years.

I've already addressed this. The alleged crime happened in 2017. He was charged in 2023. This is nonsense, and if it had any teeth, Trump's lawyers would have already used it to get the case tossed. Not wait until days before the trial. Pathetic.

Again, what crime???

Again, the crimes listed in the indictment. I've already posted a link directly from the Manhattan DA. It's less than 20 pages, and gives the specific statute and dates of the alleged crimes.

Might be? That’s like saying U2 are professional soccer players

har. U2 aren't soccer players. Are you saying Cohen isn't a liar? What a terrible analogy.

Enter: Joe Biden

Quick, a squirrel!

So they are trying to imprison him for mislabeling an expense in his financial records that most likely was entered by an accountant.

A swing and a miss. Nice try. It was multiple documents, and his signature is on all of them.

This isn't a crime,

It is too a crime.

it's a bookkeeping error fixed by an audit and payment of any additional taxes owed,

Yes, a series of "errors." Designed to hide the nature of the payouts and in excess of campaign contribution limits.

but since Trump is running, we need to change the entire rule book.

What specific statute was changed to "get" Trump? Be specific.

Neither the left .

Neither the right.

I don’t agree with you, you not with me, so we disagree.

I disagree.

Not going to jail though.

We were talking about Trump committing a crime, not the likely punishment for committing said crime. Keep moving the ball, friend.

I did some research today: The alleged "crime" of violating campaign finance law was to have occurred in 2016, 7 years ago.

You better keep doing your research, friend. The falsification of business records took place in 2017. Trump and his maga morons don't even have a snowball's chance on a hot July noon. rofl

I think the right don't know what's about to come.

You can, we agree to disagree.

I disgree.

If the arrest really occurs (unlikely) I can't wait to see what's in the indictment

lmao What are you even talking about? He's already been indicted.

Campaign finance laws. Really weird how the right suddenly doesn't care about election integrity now.

I think the right don't know what's coming.

Ok

Not okay.

I would too, knowing what the Dems plans are at trying to take this guy out of the election cycle. I would play every trick I could. I don’t blame him.

lol Maybe Trump could, like, not break the law? Ever thought about that?

lol. Thanks 45. I’m trying to think of any national holidays or high visibility Christian themed events. I can’t believe nobody thought of having any before.

What a profound question from the "pro-life" crowd.
