It would be great if this was a swift blow to Suga's strawberries, but he will just seek a second opinion from his own hand-picked experts.

My wife has told anyone reading this to take very good care of your health currently as if you fall sick no matter what the reason or condition there is simply not enough staff to take care of you.

Sadly, we have heatstroke on the way that will coincide with the overpriced spots meet.

Editor: Story will be updated later with nationwide numbers.

Editor - will these numbers include the number of tests? Because that's a bit of data which has been conspicuous by its absence in recent weeks.

And if not, why not?

Moderator: The number of tests has been included in the story every day, only later than before, between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Dear Moderator, can you please let us know... Why is the number of tests released after the number of positives??

If today's results are in fact from tests conducted 2 or 3 days ago, then the number of tests conducted would be known before the number that return positive.

Posted in: Hospitals turning away sick people as coronavirus cases surge See in context

In March, there were 931 cases of ambulances getting rejected by more than five hospitals or driving around for 20 minutes or longer to reach an emergency room, up from 700 in March last year.

In the first 11 days of April, that rose to 830, the Tokyo Fire Department said.

A year ago there were 700 cases of ambulances getting rejected by more than five hospitals or driving around for 20 minutes or longer to reach an emergency room... No action to improve the situation in the last 12 months ?

This was already a terrible situation that has not been improved and is now being highlighted through the magnifying glass of the covid epidemic. There seems to be a pattern of wasted time and inaction...

For over 3 months Japan has watched from afar at the tragic loss of life internationally - thousands of lives lost in what was a head start for Japan to better prepare - a tragic loss and waste in so many respects.

Abe went to the people for a mandate, got a super majority and now the best he can do at 'leadership' is to make more urges and requests... As the country's prime 'law-maker', it is time for him to lead and legislate, if he can learn how.

“changing the way people work,”

Well, this has to begin by changing the way management manages... As Dango bong said, simply be able to take and enjoy paid leave - as it was intended - would be a step in the right direction to meet all 3 stated goals.

@ browny, spot on. As reported previously on JT, Kasumigaseki's original submission in English omitted their policies on women and now it is, in their own words, a 'nuisance'. So is traveling 44 km from the athletes' village when their courses as close as 6 km away offering full membership to men and, surprisingly, women.

According to the Labor Standards Act regarding pay cuts, “The deduction must not exceed 10% of the total wages in a single payment period.” The reduction of 9,350 yen from the student’s 23,375 yen wage exceeded the 10% mandate.

Under the mandate does this mean that a deduction under 10% for what happened is, in fact, legal ?
