Guess this explains the ridiculous number of police in the train stations since the end of last week. Nice on the Tattoo ban, get rid of 90% of the American GIs drooling all over my girlfriend. I know there are some good ones but the many noisy and obnoxious ones are the most visible and thankfully for Zushi goers tend to be tattooed as well.
