This is so cringeworthy. I'm sure they never included anyone wise in this decision, like they do in most places here in Japan. This is a very bad move. It's ok to hike the prices by 10–12%, but this is ridiculous. Train tourism revenue in Japan will be impacted, unless they wanted less people on the trains. I

Less than 10% people are using Go to Travel, while 60%-70% are traveling daily in packed trains and through large stations, but work from home will never be implemented in most companies, cases are rising due to daily travel, not much from Go To alone. Very poor decision making by Suga again.

Japanese are still thinking about it , will process it another 1-2 month and then take actions once cases are out of control. Japan should start testing proactive, no need to lock-down, as most people are socially DISTANT since birth.

Posted in: Naomi Osaka picks Japanese citizenship with eye on Olympics: NHK See in context

A good business decision for her overall.

In japan she would go down History as the 1st ever for ever now in Sports, not just tennis, 1st NO 1, 1st GRAND-SLAM winner, so many sponsors want her, while in USA she would be another Tennis champion of the 100s.

While its good for her if she likes Japan, which is a nice country, but Japanese are so against foreigners, the only reason they like her is because she brings GLORY to Japan, do Japanese care about foreigners or actual mixed race living here, no & never will.Japanese young generation is more IGNORANT than the old ones, who are actually nicer.

Naomi fame is more sponsor driven, who are hungry for INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE AND MARKETS.

There is so much unconscious biases un Japan which they are not aware of. What do they mean thet can't determine the reasons.

Isn't it obvious the strict systems and unwanted long hours at school and work which still are very low in productivity are killing people.Stop making such long and stupid processes at work school banks and everyday life. Keep the good things and make rest either optional or reduce the burden on people.
