If you are going to attack our bases and slaughter American men and woman of the U.S Armed Services. We will rein down on you a glimpse or fraction of hell and American might with its Allies. And under weak leadership in the White house. Had Trump been in office. God help Middle East. Everyone's accountable then.

She is beautiful. woman. Honestly the photos here does not do her justice.

She has Japanese blood and Ukrainian blood running through her.

I can relate how she might think and feel on personal level.

If she wants to represent Japan. So be it. Its her choice. And she earned the right.

I lived over half my life in Japan. My kids. They look half. But I can assure you.

They are Japanese to the core. And show no interest in America or Western culture at all. Or learning English. I gave up trying to teach them long ago.

They are interested in Calligraphy/ Uni-cycle dance and Kendo. That's it.

Fair question.

Book deals to be discussed. A round of golf and Biden's favorite. A bike ride with his pal.

Neither one will hold office much longer. Down to months.

Sure a few things discussed. More weapons buying for the Pacific. Finalize the F35 deal.

Hmm....what else?

Vote purchases.

In 1947 Vote buying became known or brought forth. Trust me. It had been going on for long long time in Japan. Centuries.

But one real bad case of Vote buying took place in Hiroshima.

Katsuyuki Kawai and his wife, Anri, Out of Hiroshima paid dearly for this practice.

The Kawais were both convicted of vote-buying in the election and forced to vacate their seats in the Diet.

Katsuyuki received a three-year prison sentence for distributing a total of 28.71 million yen to 100 people, while his wife was given a suspended sentence for handing out a total of 1.6 million yen to four prefectural assembly members. They were destroyed. I mean their life was.

Vote buying. This has been going in Japan since the time, before a democracy system arrived in Japan. Centuries. Its just the way it is in Japan and always will be. It depends on how large of an area was bought to vote for one candidate.

The trick is. Do not get caught. The higher you go. The thicker the insulating becomes.

Kishida is well insulated. War is coming at some point and with in this decade. . I am sure of this.

Guys like Kishida will be needed. God forbid a war break out.

The base is being moved. It is a done deal. This guy Tamaki needs to go. Okinawa is too of an important of a strategic jumping off point to protect Japan from its adversaries. And for those thinking China would not invade Okinawa or mainland Japan?

Well now. Here are some facts for you.

On Dec. 16, 2022, China extended its threats against Taiwan to include a more direct move against Japan—and its treaty ally, the United States. The Liaoning aircraft carrier sailed quietly east between Okinawa and Miyako islands, of Japan’s Okinawa Prefecture, sandwiching the Japanese territory with China’s mainland to the west.

Between Dec. 17 and 22, 2023 the Chinese navy flew a total of 180 fighter jets and helicopters from the carrier in an apparent drill against the Nansei island chain, also known as the Ryukyu Islands, which includes Okinawa, where the United States has several military bases. This elevated threat threshold, along with the increasing assertiveness of other Chinese actions such as the spy balloon incident, brings new dynamics and risks to Okinawa itself.

China has conducted drills on the eastern side of the island of Taiwan before, wading into Japanese territorial waters, but historically it stayed closer to Taiwan. This time, China’s navy sailed deliberately between two islands deep in Japanese territory, in what looked like training to deal with the larger U.S.-Japan defensive stronghold. Speeches, jamming or interfering with information channels, nearby missile tests, and buzzing jets over Taiwan have become expected forms of pressure from China. But steering an aircraft carrier east of the Nansei islands, past waters Japan designates for the U.S. military, was a far stronger move.

These drills occurred near waters and airspace the United States uses for training, an area Japan and the United States consider the more secure side of Okinawa. To some degree, such moves by China is a regular reaction to events around Taiwan, where China frequently saber-rattles in response to the island’s defense efforts. The United States and Japan had just signed large defense spending bills to assist Taiwan. But Okinawa also has a significance of its own.

And for the record.

Yet given the strategic value of Okinawa, the island may be doomed to be contested by larger powers. Chinese revanchists often point to the island as a potential claim for Beijing itself, based on the tributary relationship between the Ryukyu Kingdom and the Qing empire. Beijing has made use of these claims itself during disputes with Tokyo over other island territories.

So, I would say China would be all in to taking back what they believed to be rightfully Chinese sovereignty. The islands of Okinawa.

And guess what. Major shift. As of today. 72% of South Koreans want the nuke. That is what is coming next.

Despite the history of saber rattling and belligerence from Pyongyang and the Kim family, it wasn’t until November 2023 that the South Korean president spoke openly of the need for the Republic of Korea to either return to American nuclear weapons or commence an indigenous nuclear weapons program. And super quickly. South Korea is ready to arm itself. This is a big deal.

Its a major problem.(globally)

Since 1991 just till 2007 a window in time. Four crashes killed a total of 30 people during testing from 1991 to 2000. Since the V-22 became operational in 2007, 12 crashes, including two in combat zones, and several other accidents and incidents have killed a total of 33 people.

The tilting rotors and the software do not gel together.

They want to power a space ship with this technology Fusion Engines  One disadvantage is that conventional electricity production requires a low-temperature energy sink, which is difficult (i.e. heavy) in a spacecraft. I have seen them live. Yep. Twice. Well, wait. I was dragged against my will. LOL.

Paul is very good vocalist and rhythm player who can jump in and out lead. I use the exact same heads based on the R. Blackmore model, but powered with EL84s instead of the stock 5881s" As Paul does. I can get raunchy delayed tones out of heads without using those cheesy effects pedals. Through hand strength. Paul's playing is the same way. Ace F. too.

If they just dropped the costumes and the drama and the endless final tour stuff. It would be cooler.

Let Paul control the band and not Ego maniac Gene Simmons who by the way is so hated by many in the Rock scene. With Gene. Its all. I , me, myself. Big Bad Gene Simmons. Van Halen is because of me. Bla Bla.

Burden? What burden is that? Tired of hearing Okinawa whine.

"The efficiency (of U.S. military operations) takes priority, and there has been no mention of how long they will be deployed. The excessive burden of hosting U.S. military bases on locals appears to be disregarded," Okinawa Gov Denny Tamaki told a press conference in mid-October.

Denny san, Ano ne,

Why is the military in Okinawa in the first place?

Japanese governments have allowed US bases in Okinawa in exchange for a US commitment to defend Japan from external attacks and have supported the bases on the grounds that they ostensibly enhance Japan's security. Now that reach extends to Taiwan and South Korea and a host of other nations. Be happy Okinawa and its peoples' are part of something bigger than just Okinawa. Stop your excessive habitual constant whining man.

No US forces' in Okinawa Denny, Start learning to speak Chinese with the North Korean dialect on the side.

Times are changing. Japan and Kishida are simply acknowledging the shifts in the region.

He is taking into consideration the weaponry threat posed by China and Russia, North Korea that could be inflicted upon Japan and her citizens.

But its far deeper down the rabbit hole than that. Its the embassy closures everywhere by the North Koreans. Chinas massive buildup of war ships and airpower. He is looking or being advised to on the markets.

Data hacking, bank hacking, and his trying to honestly assess how to combat for the most part what looks like a major conflict that will arise in the APAC region at some point.

He has right for concern or worry for the country and its peoples.
