Posted in: Japan sees unprecedented pace of increase in bear attack victims See in context

@Fighto

There is nothing even remotely special - either positive or negative - about Human flesh.

Bears do not go crazy once they have attacked a person or persons.

Human flesh is meat - very rich in protein. If a predator eats a human being, it receives the same sustenance it would eating any other primate or its game.

The origin of the myth that ‘man-eaters’ develop a taste for Human flesh is easy to understand. As a reasoning and social ape, we have the ability to make up stories - such as what happened when someone came face-to-face with a Great White, Lion, Grizzly Bear.

It’s pretty demoralizing to realize that we as Humans are, to the rest of the Animal Kingdom, rather weak and quite tasty food sources, so we make up stories.

If a predator gets a taste of human flesh, it gets a meal - nothing more.

We as Humans love all bears, and for good reason: they are among the most wonderful and powerful of Earth’s creatures.

Lets not stoke a fire where there does not need to be one. The Bears are attacking due to the fact, we keep encroaching in the bears area of foraging and hunting, mating. Bears attack when they feel threated or triggered. Territorial by nature. They really attack when the Mother bear fears for her cubs well being.

Palestinians allowed Hamas to operate on the Gaza strip. They have to face what is coming.

Its time this long conflict come to end. Israel will end Hamas. No matter the cost. And the United States will be right there with Israel every step of the way until every last Hamas member is eradicated.

Israel has a claim on the land for over 3500 years.

Israel will fight to the last if they have too to preserve Israel as we now it today.

Days away from a ground assault that will turn Gaza into a living hell.

Yuabru is right.

I lived in Japan 20+ and now Korea a year and half. The contrast has made me appreciate both countries and it's peoples greatly'.

Some highlights of Korea.

The apartments are amazing. Food amazing. Public transportation is the next best thing to Japan's.

Seoul, Daegu, Busan are amazing cities you never get board of. Ever!

I love Japan, and she is home for me. But Japan and Korea should celebrate each other more.

The hard liners in Japan and Korea that can not let past go. Well guess what? That way of thinking is dying a rapid death.

Why not? Japan and South Korea should be the best of friends. Times are changing.

In Korea. This is everywhere. No Foreigners welcome.

It really alarmed me after living in Japan 27 years. As Koreans as a whole speak flawless English. 2 out 3 Koreans are English speakers. In 27 years living in Japan I saw this practice once in Kokura Womachi. When I tried to walk in with my Japanese friend. They said I was not welcome to enter the snack bar. I simply answered in flawless Japanese to Japanese door man. Excuse me sir. I was born in Japan. And they let me right in. Of course it was a total lie. I just speak Japanese really well. Then all the ladies wanted to speak English with me all night and sing English songs making no sense. Crazy world.

If any Nagasaki officer are reading here. Doubtful. But......

I have used Liberty the last 5 years switching from Oakley. I am not an officer but work outside on a car lot with serious eye issues.

Liberty Sport is the best glass for anyone or Police.

I guess in Japan when if you are in law enforcement there's no such thing as "routine".

You're exposed to all kinds of hazards on a regular basis.

What I like about the Liberty Sport Safety glasses and my prescription Liberty sets. They are a safety glass and certified to the ANSI Z87 standard for impact protection, making them the ideal choice for law enforcement personnel or any other workers who are exposed to the same hazards on a regular basis outdoors. They are tested to be durable and comfortable for all-day use and can be reused at any time while you’re on duty or at work.

You do not have keep cleaning them and they never fog from sweat.

But police in Japan in every Ken should be able to use sunglasses. They deserve that and much more.

Time and time again Republicans make efforts to work with Democrats. And what do we get in return? Salvia on our olive branch and in the face. Democrats are driving the divide and the narrative. And allowing the Hermit kingdom to do what it pleases. What Sanctions? Oh wow. No teeth.

Not once did Biden insist on a Nuclear inspection. Obama did and other before him.

North Korea's nuclear weapons program has been a major headache for the U.S. throughout the post-Cold War era. Pyongyang's attempt to develop nuclear weapons got the nation into serious problems with both the Clinton administration (1993-2001) and the Bush administration (2001-2009), as both U.S. administrations maintained that the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons was essential for the preservation of the existing international order. Although the U.S. succeeded in persuading North Korea to give up its nuclear weapons program through the six-party talks by September 2005 (i.e., the September 19 Joint Statement), Pyongyang did not fulfill its commitment on denuclearization by the end of 2008. As a result, the Obama administration has inherited the unfinished task of implementing the agreement on North Korea's denuclearization. The purpose of this paper is to examine U.S.-North Korean relations during the early phase of the Obama administration with emphasis on the analysis of the administration's handling of the North Korean denuclearization issue from the time of its inauguration in January 2009 to the present. Like his predecessors, President Obama is determined to bring about the denuclearization of North Korea, because the proliferation of nuclear weapons by a rogue nation such as North Korea could not only pose serious threats to the U.S. but also spell the end of the nuclear nonproliferation regime. Unless North Korea returns to the Six-Party Talks for denuclearization, the U.S. will not relax sanctions against Pyongyang.

Biden turns his back. Spat in the face. At least Obama gave it a go to try to get them to disarm. Sick of these missile launches. Living under constant threat.

Anyone thinking these missile launches is not a direct challenge to the Biden leadership and administration. Come on. Whitehouse and current the admin. Weak, utterly weak stance on the current situation on the DPRK. So, weak.

The Gaul on Biden. On the anniversary of 911. The Biden administration informed Congress that it has taken concrete steps to carry out a prisoner exchange with Iran, issuing a waiver that will give Tehran access to $6 billion in Iranian oil revenue that had been blocked by U.S. sanctions, according to a State Department.

What hostages? Americans? Names? Who? Yeah right.

Had to be 9/11? Biden is the worst President in American history right next to Trump the Mafia Don.

Two bums back to back.

When are we going to get a decent candidate who is strong and really lead without some hidden agenda to get rich? Or pardon criminals. And cheat taxes. Anyone decent doesn't want the job. That's the problem here.

Mr. Putin,

Trump broke the law. That can not be disputed and incited riots on our Capitol city.

BROKE THE LAW! As a Republican we cant go back and change the damage Trump created, but we can go forward with a bipartisan spirit and start to restore what America was. Its time to put all the ole dinosaurs out to pasture. Clinton/Biden/Trump/Pelosi/Chucky. The lot of them on both sides. Vote them out. Its time to move on from this divide and think about the county and her citizens and the fate of the globe. Or face WWIII.

Mr. Putin You just threatened NATO and Poland and directly threatened Warsaw. Anyone see that?

How is your purchase of weaponry going with dear leader for you invasion of a peaceful sovereign county?

Lets just go ahead and draw in another warring thug.

The day for honoring yourself will soon end for you both. One of you real soon most likely.

You will awake the sleeping giant soon. The American people have had enough of Trump/Biden and its decline. Mostly tired of looking foolish to whole world. With the previous POTUS acting like a Mafia Don and the current one who is serious mental decline. Time for someone great to lead us out of this long nightmare.

Sit back and watch. Were in for one hell of ride the next few years.
