Yes it is awful bad. Does one bad apple ruin the rest. Yes. Please look at all the arrests in comparison to one Sailor. There were 1,200 rapes by Okinawans in comparison to one Sailor. You be the judge. Also by comparison 25 Drunk drivers by Americans compared to 7,000 Okinawan this year.

Just a matter of time before the Riots begin. Burning cars, looting.....maybe even banks being broken into. If I could not withdraw my money from the bank I would not be happy either.

They need to post educational signs in all these places to warn folks not to leave Kids in the Cars. Should not have to, however some people do not know better. So sad.
