Poor boy, only 5 years old, and you're supposed to trust your parents. Usually a boy would be very close to his mother I'll guess, since fathers would be out working. And yet the boy was murdered by someone he trusted most - his mother.

Sooo sorry for the mother, she thought it's safe leaving her son with grandma but grandma has totally betrayed that trust and killed the son!! So sad....... a lot of people need help in Japan as these news are getting more common by the days!

Is there such a thing as a "confinement nanny" in Japan? If so it might help as you get a helper for the first month after giving birth and a new mother might not be so stressed.
I don't understand why these kinds of news happen a lot in Japan... are the parents there really under so much more pressure than new parents from other countries? So glad the newborn is OK.
