But the "actresses" in all of those films were "forced" to expose their "equipment", this lady WANTS her stuff out there >>for some god-forsaken reason

Is is Japanese way of thinking to oppress people who are doing no harm while accepting (when not promoting) practices of forced sex ?

no wonder why most of people avoid the J-cop at all cost and do not report crimes, in the left hand, the perv, in the right hand the forced confession...pick up your choice.

There is a decline in the quality of services almost everywhere, also in Japan it is noticeable, quick money is now more important than a longer vision on quality, image not longer important, people are accepting anything, get shocked 1 day and then ready to accept it next time...those corporations are taking advantage of this sheep attitude (and so are the politician), time for people to wake-up, if it is not too late thought...

let me tell you, any country is capable of the same, including Japan....so I am not sure what to say about a prime minster who is using the death of Syrian children to push his own private agenda on something which has nothing to do with the Syrian attack.

Japan’s Penal Code prescribes a maximum sentence of two years’ imprisonment or a fine of up to 2.5 million yen for >>distributing obscene objects.

She distributed 3D digital data it seems, not an object, I am surprised the lawyer did not challenge this...

Posted in: TEPCO works hard to pull out from government control See in context

TEPCO, owned 50.1% by the government fund, will be vetted in March 2017 to see if the targets set by Tokyo have >>been achieved. Then the government may lower its stake to below 50% next year and in stages to zero by early 2030s.

TEPCO plans to suck our tax money until 2030 while sharing any profit between the private share holders, this company should not exist by now, only our tax money and there cut in the cost of decontamination by dropping everything in the ocean nearby makes them still afloat.

I have solar panels on my roof and never pay for electricity

Exactly and in any case of any bad disaster happening you will never have to flea and lock down your area because of your solar panels getting crazy and it will not cost billion of yen and years to clean the mess. I guess those in charge of the country and the laws want to see Japan flooded by radioactive contamination in the future otherwise why allowing Nuclear Plant to be installed in Fault lines ?

Posted in: Japan to sell talking robots that won't try to make sense See in context

Japan is really loosing grip on Robot Technology (like on many other technology fields it sounds) indeed if this is the best that they can come up with....sounds like the limitation is software based and Japan needs to get connected with what is being done currently worldwide in A.I. research. There are a prototype of a website online application that mimic conversations, so why not apply this to a robot ?

well the trend is indeed to devices which are passive, cannot create content and cannot do things like ..Android for example, nice tablet but you can only play games, reply emails and watch YT, try to do something else productive and you are stuck with under-powered problems.... so I hope windows will still continue to provide software enough powerful to create content on desktop..

Another big Fail from Facebook , the network made to deceive you ! They cannot rules and police their own network and need users to do it.... funny enough even they will know it is hoaxes, they won't remove them , like they do not close account of hackers or software piracy link unless somebody is challenging every single link....

"Ignore them" are the words, they sometimes also vandalized the BICYCLE signs and remove them, at least here at Kanamecho Toshimaku, ride on pedestrain side on the crossroad (all the time) , they are riding the pedestrian side also on the sidewalk even there is a big bicycle drawing on the road (happening all the time), 90% of bicycle riders here are irresponsible and not respecting laws and... pedestrian.

Posted in: Abe cuts short Middle East trip to deal with hostage crisis See in context

why doesn't facebook, youtube, twitter etc close the accounts of the uploaders and delete th/eir propaganda ?

Very good question, why is also Facebook keep open account of hacker and software piracy people opening hundreds if not thousands of users to spread ? Because of the digital millennium copyright which does remove all responsibility from the website company. Should be FaceBook responsible of what they are providing then they will clean and take care of the problem.

if Japan pays, this will finance more terrorist attack, Japan should not pay but something tells me if Abe pays, this will be sealed in another secrecy law registered document.

Why do Abe needs to DECLARE to the entire world that he is donating 200 million dollars to bomb ISIS?

Your question is legit but who could really know at this time ?

Tahar Djaout/Moueen Bessissou said : "with those people, if you talk you die, if you do not talk you die, so.... talk and die"

PS: you can also replace "talk" by "drawing a cartoon" also...

Lost consciousness while inspecting equipment at a facility sorting radioactive waste. the plant operator said, adding he was not exposed to radiation.

Of course if he died from high radioactive exposition, they will not say it, in fact they will exactly say like this.
