Considering the level of confidence and lack of international testing I rather believe they simply blended the rice with rice from another region to lower the average reading levels.

Well, they should put a tax on SLEEPING CASH, if you own more than 10 millions yen in cash, you should pay a special tax proportional to the amount of cash sleeping in your bank account, and people injecting their cash on local economy should be rewarded by the govt, let's make a JP kickstarter type of funding, furthermore lower the consumption tax to 0, that would be fair and give a a real boost to the economy, instead of spending trillion we do not know where for a total sum of zero effect.

With all the taxes paid to the city and local govt, THEY should be doing this, keep the street safe.

I spent Xmas time abroad and the first thing I realize on my way back to Tokyo was how loud some salary men were talking on the train station and I thought ...well, I am back to Japan, double confirmed also when I turned the TV ON at home to warm the room...lol

Lacking of better programs on other channels is certainly the reason, the JP TV is so depressive here....also if they continue to put on the opening the "i want to give you my melon juice" type of song I am not quite sure they'll continue to be so...prestigious ^^
