Posted in: Half of Japan's population has received at least 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine See in context

It must be 1/2 of the "ghost" population have been vaccinated, as it is very easy for me to say that over 1/2 of the people I have spoken to about getting the jab, either don't have an appt. yet, are not eligible, are not in the category, too far away from a centre, blah, blah, blah........

Posted in: Gov't policy to only hospitalize critical COVID patients draws flak See in context

What are you talking about? Most people in the us, uk, eu are told to recover at home.

That is correct but if you are sick and close to death, even if there are no hospital beds available, the hospitals in the U.S. will find a bed and set you up in the hallway or parking lot or.........they will not turn you away, unlike the 12 bed rule in Japan. Hospitals in Japan are mostly for show, because the doctors and nurses are basically still in school at the hospital and lack the skill and determination to save a humans life.

Posted in: Tokyo reports record high 4,166 coronavirus cases; nationwide tally 14,207 See in context

Over 90 million vaccine doses administered in Japan now with over 38 million people fully vaccinated, and over 51 million with their first dose. Over 3 quarters of people over 65 in Japan are fully vaccinated.

These infection numbers will start dropping soon.

Hate to inform you, but it's going to get much worse before it gets better. That damage has already been done. Has nothing to do if you were vaccinated or not.

You are in fact correct, once again from woke to broke. The media needs to be more transparent on what it means to be and stay healthy. All the masks and sanitizers in the world will not work if your bodies immune system is broken.

Posted in: Internet misinformation fans COVID vaccine hesitancy among Japanese young people See in context

Hey just get a plasma-cluster air cleaner and all will be fine. That was the story on the news cycle yesterday.

If the media can throw that info out to the world, people can certainly question the motives of a vaccine. 99.9 percent of all people that have received a "jab" probably have no idea what just went into their body. it's called blind faith, yet the media spins it that if you cannot accept vaccines you're unaware, if you accept vaccines you are a good citizen and aware..It is the exact opposite.

This is a big and constant problem. As the world slowly opens up, Japan will be forced to lock down the country after the “super spreader ‘ Olympics.
