You people sound starved for hard information, while some of us doing research have had some of the key documents from the get-go, and knew this was going down all along. The timelines of the mistakes were just published in the Japanese Wall Street Journal BTW, or you can follow some of the links here to get to a huge database of documents and stories--search Facebook for: Japan Nuclear Emergency.

Posted in: What makes conspiracy theorists tick and what is the best way to combat their beliefs? See in context

There was a time when people that believed the earth was round or that man could fly would have been laughed at like some conspiracy nuts too. One thing I notice from the smug smart guys--they have done no research on alternative "history" which is all we are really talking about. Any government in power writes the history books to suit their own propaganda. At any one time a half dozen or more major nations are accusing some other nation of "conspiracies" which justifies spending more on defense than on their own citizens. Communism was once considered a "conspiracy" and the F.B.I. and C.I.A. were paranoid that some of their own people were "conspirators." It is ironic that all the major nations and religions all operate on the "theory" that everyone else is out to get them. But you are the "normal" people laughing at us who believe in real conspiracies, which the slightest research on Google on any conspiracy subject can pump out facts for days--never mind the speculation. But don't bother to do any research, if your college history book told you one way it can't be any different. Odd thing is that no two college history books from different countries tell the history the same way. Nothing to see here... keep moving folks.
