He has already irreversibly changed the lives of every person associated with that childcare facility. An absolutely traumatic situation, and some people will never overcome that trauma. Sick and evil.

"positive impact on the ... economy, as each facility is composed of about 10,000 to 20,000 parts and would require decades of maintenance."
High maintenance costs are not a positive as they reduce the energy returned on energy invested (EROEI) of an energy source. IMHO, Japan should re-start it's Gen 3 reactors. Please check out Michael Shellenberger's new Book "Apocalypse Never". It is eye-opening to the critical blindspot that has developed around renewables.

The fact that other countries are actively researching the therapeutic potential of MDMA and LSD shows just how backward and ignorant the Japanese are on drugs. Both of these drugs have the potential to unleash life-changing positive experiences, for example helping with depression and anxiety. Of course, MDMA and LSD can cause harm if taken to excess. Ohhh, but it's totally fine to slam 5 strong zeros and endanger your and others lives, among other antisocial and bad behaviour that is routinely tolerated in Japan.
