Posted in: 'Sore loser' Newton defends Super Bowl sulk See in context

Wc626FEB. 10, 2016 - 02:51PM JST He went from storming out of a press conference to becoming a gangbanger.

That is bull and you know it, you meant just what you wrote. The term was used in the 1993 movie ‘The Program’ and referred to a player's recent arrest for battery. Newton has never been in any trouble on or off the field. He may be guilty of immaturity but nothing more. Now go away and slither back into your hole.

@sangetsu03

??? In the U.S. the economy has now gained nearly five times more jobs under President Barack Obama than it did during the presidency of George W. Bush, and the unemployment rate has dropped to just below the historical average. Real weekly earnings are up 1.7 percent, thanks in part to a plunge in gasoline prices. Corporate profits have nearly tripled, and stock prices have soared. On the other hand, the number of Americans receiving food stamps remains 45 percent higher than when the president first took office, and the rate of home ownership has dropped by 3.2 percentage points, to the lowest point in nearly 20 years.

I agree the yen should strengthen but not because of the reasons you suggested.

Posted in: Man arrested for attempted murder after pushing woman off platform at Tokyo station See in context

I was on that train and heard the woman screaming from underneath the train after the train came to a sudden stop. Fortunately, because the train had almost finished stopping at the station the speed was very slow at the time of the incident. I am glad to hear that the victim is doing well, considering the circumstances.
