The only ones suffering from this will be the Japanese population.

Maybe they should do something against those resellers that are selling the consoles for a higher price! Especially on Rakuten. I know few Japanese that are trying to get the console just to make money

Posted in: Couple arrested after leaving 7-month-old baby at home alone See in context

I’m scared to leave my 2 month old son unattended for 1 minute just to go to the bathroom and they left their son alone for 7 hours?! They don’t deserve having a baby and properly don’t even love their kid. They should be punished for this! Worst thing is that these kinda news are very common lately… :(

Well maybe the media instead spreading fear about corona they should tell the Japanese citizens how to use their AC properly. Most Japanese I know keep their AC running 24/7 and around 22C. Electricity saving isn’t something that is part of Japanese culture….

Wow… I didn’t know that the pandemic started 41 years ago. (Being sarcastic)

The pandemic has nothing to do with this 41 years long ongoing trend.

There is almost no support from the government for families with kids.

How about closing all these breeding facilities too. So people can adopt a stray cat instead buying one.

Ridiculous… you want to stop child abuse you must punish those people with much higher charges.

What they did was horrible and unforgivable they should get lifetime or even worse.

Posted in: KDDI to offer cheapest large data mobile plan amid gov't pressure See in context

As long as customers are willing to pay nothing will change. In Europe I pay €8 for 60gb and unlimited calls. The prices in Japan are just ridiculous high.

Posted in: NTT Docomo to lower mobile phone charges See in context

Japanese never complain about things. Or at least not enough. I have a prepaid plan in Italy that costs me €8 / month with 60gb and unlimited calls.

In Japan they still ask you to pay extra for unlimited calls when you can easily use apps to call for free.

20gb nowadays is almost nothing if you think how big data became.
