Isn't this title a little stretched out? It would seem that shugendo wasn't something that foreigners were allowed to practice but it's just that for the first time in 1,300 years someone commercialized it for good... but before this foreigners were allowed to practice shugendo and some shrines even invited them for special trenings for people from overseas... It is really misleading in my opinion, just commercial ;
