I have a work experience as a helper in one of the home for the elderly citizens, I've noticed that many of the caregivers works only for the sake of money. For example caregiver A was assigned to take obachan x - A case like obachan x have to wait or endure 1 hour or more with poof inside her pumper, since the one assigned to give care is coming late nobody pay attention to obachan x even though other care giver who were around are available to give the service that obachan x need, It seems that their is a need to improve system and policies to avoid circumstances like, and at the same avoid corruptions of caregivers mindset and heart into some degree ha ha!...
