I live in Katsushika ward, now that is scary.

We hired home helpers 6 days a week to clean up my FIL and his potty and he goes to a day service ４times a week. We can't handle him if we do it ourselves.

Lucky for us a care manager(social service) helped us find the home helpers and day service. Caring for an elderly is very hard.

pedestrians here are lunatics, they seem to expect drivers to stop immediately when they cross the red light and even they are in the wrong, drivers are expected to pay for the damages.
