Sounds really cheesy but society is at fault, not the people that got so desperate they killed themselves. I hope people will one day wake up in Japan and change this crazy work and education system

Seriously, if there were more than five garbage bins in the entire country the littering wouldn't be that big of a problem.
I mean they have to clean up after them anyway and it's easier to clean a couple bins than an entire street.

If you are a person, that is against the legalization of cannabis, you in fact simply don't know enough about the subject yet.
But don't worry, apart from false information and anti drug propaganda the internet is full of great legitimate studies and articles.
