Posted in: Ehime enacts law instructing cyclists to wear a helmet See in context

Accidents happen even from the driveway. Don't compromise safety for inconvenience. Anyone who thinks that most certainly do not treasure their lives.

There need to be more safety program for people of japan. In addition, laws need to be enforce to ensure complacency.

I think it's the stress lifestyle in japan with work and no play scenario. My ex (japanese) when he lived in the states were active almost everyday!! A lot of japanese families that I know that live in the states, gave birth 1-3x more than in japan. It gives me the impression that stress has an effect on a person physical n mental state of health.

@g vares. If there was a button to stop the trains power supply, I can only imagine misfits causing problem and disturbing the train station for kicks.

I agree wirh yabura. If he's "baby-faced" why did the club allowed him in? Why was he not carded? The club should take some responsibility as well. They should be fined for allowing and serving a minor. Credit card should go after the club. So many "slap in the face" in japan criminal justice system. Go figure.....

My son plays video games, and I highly doubt he is brainwashed. That's just an excuse, perp needs to take responsibility for his own action. My son is a straight a student and volunteer at homes shelter. So these kind of acts from perp has no correlation to video games. Get real!!

It's all a publicity stunt to get his name and face on the far front. He knows he will get a reaction and everyone will be talking about it/him. People like drama and commotion, if not, there's nothing interesting to talk about. Some may like to see him in office to see what "slip up" may occur. It's amusing , and yet embarrassing to see.

I don't care how stress you are, you have no right to murder anybody, let alone, your own children! That is plain disgusting and cowardly.

If that's the case, basically everyone in japan have experience some sort of stress....get your knives out and have a field day!!

Maybe the girls uniform should be modify to wear shorts or pants...school girl uniform (japan) is a bit provocative.

Posted in: City's poop patrol making slow progress against negligent dog owners See in context

People should " call them out" if they notice owners not picking up their dogs poop. In public places like parks and recreational areas, bag stand can be set up with trash bins for dog owners.

It's easy to speak when you're not the one being hit. The park should place more safety measures to protect the public.... Lesson learned.
