How’s the weather around Osaka area near Namba, schedule to land Kansai Airport on 8/18. Plan to do some one day trip nearby, last time I checked the storm is moving NNE, hopefully everything is back to normal when I land, my only concern is Shinkansen service to Tokyo, I want to spend 4 days there next week.
