Stay hydrated at the beginning of the day, and throughout the rest of the day, not when you feel thirsty. I remember when I traveled to Middle East, most stores closed between 1pm to 5pm.

How’s the weather around Osaka area near Namba, schedule to land Kansai Airport on 8/18. Plan to do some one day trip nearby, last time I checked the storm is moving NNE, hopefully everything is back to normal when I land, my only concern is Shinkansen service to Tokyo, I want to spend 4 days there next week.
