Posted in: China warns Japan not to 'play with fire' in South China Sea See in context

The Chinese defense ministry said the aim of the announcement was “to mess up the South China Sea situation and try to gain interests from the troubled waters.”

It seems to me that building artificial islands, harassing local fishermen and preventing them fishing in own waters, destroying coral reefs, depleting fish in someone else EEZ, and building military installations in disputed areas will do more damage than just sending a few ships for training.

China hypocrisy, like their demands, has no limits.

Globalization is a giant scam. Only a few benefit, namely about 1%. If sound familiar is because it is. The rest work for minimum wages, if are luck to find a job at all. This is not only said, this is what is happening right now.

Recent reports about the technician dealing with her emails show he looked for online help about how to change the addresses of emails of a "very VIP person", just after the Benghazi inquire back in 2014. The issue of Hillary emails is getting interesting by the day. And not exactly for her advantage in the elections.

Obama forgot a simple thing.

Welfare-seekers are NOT refugees. True refugees do not jump countries looking for the one with best economic opportunities.

TEPCO denies any link between the illnesses and radiation, saying the radiation levels are too low.

That's easy to say. Also is the quickest way to try duck a lawsuit they know it's coming.

Excellent news. Everyone is aware of these two tech powerhouses, their collaboration will greatly benefit both. As for the Arab oil, it's good only to blackmail the world. Japan and Israel can work together to make oil even more irrelevant.

I've got an idea. How about removing all the stray cats from the park? I've been to this park a few times. It's a very large park and there are literally hundreds of strays in it.

What about removing the individual abusing the cats.

If the Chinese say the islands are no less than Chinese territory, then how much room for negotiation is there? The meeting won't worth the coffee.

Posted in: Japan defense paper expresses deep concern at Chinese coercion See in context

Anyone thinking that China is going to abide by the rules at any point of time should realize that is time to wake up. China took the decision to steal the South China Sea and all the enclosed resources and the only way to prevent that will be to assembly an international navy to confront them. Whether the Chinese are running out of food and fuel, or want to control these resources in the sea, is the same result. They are not going to negotiate because that imply to resign a significant part of the resources to other regional states, and they want everything for themselves only. Additionally, they want to control the traffic in the sea, which also cannot be negotiated. So the countdown is setup and running.

Mr. Abe is right in this one. Japan faces dangers at the borders. This is not 1945, and the constitution should change to adapt accordingly. China will increase its belligerence in the near future and try to steal the Senkaku islands as well as whatever resource they find around. The best Japan can do is to be prepared.

If they don't like the conditions, these illegal migrants are free to return to whatever country they came from. All this are tactics they always use to draw attention from pro-illegal trespassers NGOs with the hope their "noise" would lead to let them stay. The result of allowing that is not difficult to guess. Just look at Europe.
