No, not only private. There is prayer rooms at Airports, Major Train Stations and some Highway parking/Service area facilities in Japan.

I can't trust these still images to be true until there is video of making this illustration since these kind of images above can be made in Computer Graphics easily. I can bet this, first image itself is a CG generated (not camera shot). Never trust any images on internet as claimed.

No, I don't support this man's action who struck his foot which is very dangerous. Anything could have happened as a result, such as injury or death. No one has right to make someone fall or injure to stop one from running specially if one is not connected to the original story behind except the one who have authority to do so. It is illegal and should be prosecuted for any damages.

It is right judgement for the case. She was supid and negligent but still It was an accident and speed was just 9km/h is too slow to kill someone but victim died somehow. For this sentencing in prison like a criminal will not be right for a university student.
