I would highly recommend that 7-Eleven Inc should take care of their franchisee and consider changing their operating hours the way it was originally started from 7am to 11pm. All over the world, labor force has become such a big headache so changing the operating hours will definitely ease a lot of pressure and franchisees can run their stores more efficiently and effectively. I would highly recommend 7-Eleven Inc to make this change.
