Posted in: Kono asks China to learn 'how to behave as big power' See in context

The this is many major countries have already stop behaving like big country. Behaving like a big country in the perception of general public is that always provide free tax for produce from small countries but own produce taxed heavily in small countries, provide technology transfer (seems as a must by small country), provide financial aids to small countries, provide humanitarian relief whenever a disaster happened while no help at all when disaster happen to big country, must allow breach of intellectual patents to small country. All these only one sided benefits that is why there is a calling throughout the world for making a natio great again. APEC have lost its biggest partner.

Posted in: LDP eyes adding clause to Constitution to ensure equal education See in context

Free education is the favourite topic all over the world and a must for socialist nation. Free education will do away with scholarship but another thing for free education is also to have no age limit for university enrolment and no age limit for scholarship receiver if there is still scholarship. Is this applicable to international students? Biggest problem faced in free education is paying the staffs salary and institution expenditure.

I guess the govt veterinary dept need to play a big role as well. It is good to have private sector volunteer but may not be reliable. The private sector vet are best to get and establish periodic medical checkup and vaccination contracts for all livestock farms to prevent disease outbreak.

Whales are near extinction and need to be protected to reach high population. Scientific study should also require nations involved to embark on IVF breeding rather than just wait for nature that is too long to wait. But the last moby dick movie might encourage hunting games giving image of whale as monster.
