I guess we now just have to sit back and wait for the "I'm pregnant" stories to hit.

Plenty of homelessness in the US, despite the free market.

I have one of these. Great for a gym workout. You can use it with Nike plus to record runs if you have the Nike plus shoes/dongle.

Great article. I'm going out right now to get a haircut like Rod Stewart's hairdresser's nightmare.

Nice product. Kickstarter is a very interesting platform too.

Tough location for passing trade. Benugo definitely has the prime spot.

Yeah, maybe he actually enjoys his job. Some people do. Believe it or not.

Two questions (apologies if already answered):

does the person who captures the most monkeys get a "Best Monkeyist" award?

"citizens have to successfully lock a primate in their house" - if the prefectural staff know where the monkeys' houses are, why don't they lock them in them themselves?

Maybe he's working 20hours a day to pay his rent. We don't know his personal circumstances. Enough with the assumptions.

He's a self-employed foreigner who says business was bad last year. If he can work hard this year to have a good year, fair play to him. I know plenty of developers, designers, etc who work crazy hours to deliver a project on time (and not because 'the man' is forcing them to work)

Facebook, Mixi, etc. are all made to make money. None of them are registered charities.

You can get them with a zip-in roof to make sure of no escape. Not sure if that's another manufacturer though.

tokorobam, very true indeed. I've met a bunch of recruiters, some good, some not so good. If you meet one who provides good service, understands their market/industry focus well and has good client connections then they can be a great asset.

And aren't recruiters two steps up from an ALT, with financial advisors one step up? ;-)

I met Itai-san last month. Absolutely gorgeous in real life, this photo doesn't do her justice, but it ain't bad. Agree with Tamarama.

Noborito - no need to worry about her qualifications, she has a job.

If you don't like recruiters, don't use them. Simple enough.

Very, very true Tamarama. The 'charisma men with models' scenario is more urban legend than observed fact.

Ultradude, as long as the man is rich enough, many women don't care what he looks like.

For me, with my DiCaprio looks, Obama charisma, the brains of Stephen Hawking and the money of Bill Gates I do find it difficult to know what they really see in me.

I went to the US last year and found the women there to be very attractive.

However, on my English teacher salary I'd be well pushed to keep one of them in Coke and Big Macs full-time. Sometimes basic economics rule and you just have to go with the flow.
