Now the GENEVA , UN human rights panel , has a published solid view of Japan's legal system insides, this is so liberating. Japan will never be viewed the same.

Posted in: Police officer arrested for throwing bodily fluid on woman’s bag linked to 2 other incidents See in context

threw his bodily fluid from a container onto a woman’s bag while she was on the escalator.

Lately I've seen quite a few weirdos, walking time bombs, loons, and coughing across at the oncoming side with no mask, on those long up and down inclined escalators in subway concourses. IMO they need cops at the tops and bottoms of these long escalators with aimed escalator cameras. Be careful on those escalators people.
