6 years is pretty good going as this is new territory for robotics!

Right after the Fukushima accident, foreign countries with knowledge and operational robots proposed their help. THIS ISN'T A NEW TERRITORY FOR ROBOTICS AT ALL !!!

The proud japanese government refused the help.

6 years to have an operational robot for an extremely important matter ...

Seems japanese are now only good at entertainment technology, that's all.

All I am still seeing is people trying to make fun of trump or telling me what can't be done. To those of you, what's your plan?

What's your plan spending so much time and energy to defend Trump (14 posts here) ?

Most of us just give one opinion and leave the article without making it personal.

Get a life !

Any japanese city/prefecture can experience an economic boost as soon as a celebrity or a tv show promotes it.

If Masaharu Fukuyama declares his favorite ramen is in the middle of nowhere in Hokkaïdo, the place will suddenly become popular.

That's just the japanese 'sheep' mentality.

Preserving the marine eco-system by starting to stop the killing of 73 Million Shark's annually.

Sea Shepherd is quiet about that as is Australia, etc as it is good money for therm and easier to get support from so called 'intelligent' creature's that don't use tools nor build anything like so called 'dumb' animals. The call like before will fall again on the deaf ears of the Heroes.

Fail ! Go and have a look at their website before accusing !

Posted in: Pressure builds on France's Hollande over EU debt plans See in context

France like many other european countries (and the US) are spending too much on social needs and not bring enough in. Spending includes welfare, healthcare, police, fire, education, government pay, etc That's not the problem. France has money (ie they lend money to Greece or Spain regularly).

At the end of WWII, through Bretton Woods system, USA imposed new commercial and financial rules to the world. At that time, USA (safe from any destruction of its territory), owning the biggest amount of gold in the world, planned a system to ensure its economical domination over the world. One of the new measure was, for a country, to borrow money from the market and not from its national central bank. France didn't apply this rule until 1974 => its were the national dept started.

Nowadays, private banks make huge profits over countries national dept, making CEOs and share holders richer.

Even USA have bad times ahead since they're loosing the world economic leadership.

Hence, there's another way to build new economic world. Starting with the liberty of choosing to borrow money at a lower rate.

Posted in: French vote debate fierce but no knock-out blow See in context

Above comments were obviously written by people not knowing anything about french financial situation !

Sarkozy embezzled hundred of millions of euros to satisfy french upper class and big companies pretenting it will stimulate the economy. It's a total failure. Economy is still in a bad shape, riches are richer, poor are poorer.

It's time to swap investment in the balance and try something new. The economic development of a country is not helped by giving more money to people spending it in Switzerland or Monaco ...

Check for the debt amount according to the governement in the french history. Every time the governement is right-side, the depth is massively increasing.
