In 1985, it was Plaza Accord which is exchange rate agreement between G5 (USA, UK, France, Germany, Japan). Before Plaza Accord, 1 US$ was 235 yen. But one year later after Plaza Accord, 1 US$ became 150 yen. And then Japanese economy went to deep economic depression. Why? Because didn't Japanese work efficiently?
