thank you @zichi. i don't live in kyoto, so i didn't know this way. i think taxis for 2 or more people is best, walking or subway. the problem with bikes is there is nowhere to park without them being taken away.

i can give him some advise. if he wants to win, do some scandals.

trump hassled women, gave a pass card to rich people, sent missiles into syria killing children, supported by the KKK and NRA. plays golf 45 day a year when he is the superpower leader, eats cheeseburgers in bed. people love him. he has some charisma.

BUT...Biden? he looks like a tired salaryman who eats lunch prepared by his christian wife.

warning that citizens' lives were at stake.

which citizens? Yemen? Iraq? Syria? Libya?

Since 2010 Britain has also sold arms to 39 of the 51 countries ranked “not free” on the Freedom House "Freedom in the world" report, and 22 of the 30 countries on the UK Government’s own human rights watch list.

so why should be worried that someone might want revenge?

he is from the traffic division. he was speeding? i got arrested for J-walking, the first arrest in my life. he killed someone.

on another point...

How low is the level of recruits into the police in this country? Violent, drunken, corrupt and stupid seems to be the criteria for a job in the NPA.

actually a friend of mine's son tried to enter the police. it is really tough. he couldn't enter. now he works as a missile commander in the army.

met a few JET teachers in bars, only gaijin ones. the males i met said that it is easy to get a girlfriend in Japan (because they were a little not handsome in their home countries). the JET women i met tried to study Japanese culture but the language barrier and sexual harassment sent them home.

this is a study of 24 ex-students is less than the 50 something teachers i met.

ive had many lovers, heartbreaks, cheating. i maybe a little liberal, but a good arranged marriage would of saved me from 20 years of lies, deceit, and financial liquidation. the key is to match the perfect partner.

when i visited Kyoto, i had to enter the back of the bus. when i reached my stop, i couldn't exit the bus for two stops because of overcrowding. then in winter, the condensation on the windows means you have no way of knowing where you are.

Your own yard is actually occupied okinawans land. With the impending attack on NK in the spring, officers on base shouldn’t be so drunk, they should be on 24hr alert. Imagine if order to attack suddenly came, where would he put his pistol?

On the positive side, at least didn’t happen in the street off-base.
