How many people are actually involved in hunting in Japan? I'm seeing about 110,000 registered. I can't find exact figures. In NZ it's close to 200,000 and in the last 10 years there have been at least 20 firearm related hunting deaths.

Finally some accountability in Washington.

Oh they're actually gonna let Mueller get on with it?

Didn't see the game... Little bit shocked to be honest... but this is fantastic news! I'm an ABs supporter too.

I don't think that could actually stop someone from cheating... it can stop other things though.

We don’t know the reasons as to why he did what he did.

This again? We do know. Either that or your government is lying to you.

Lego recently won a case against lepin who has been producing fakes for ages. Amazon still seem to allow lepin stuff for sale though. Amazon is a part of the problem too.

It was such a small thing for him to do... but it would have meant so much to so many people and he couldn't even get that right. Such a failure.

He never attended the MILITARY so why would anyone expect him attend a ceremony honoring many who joined and fought for the country he claims to love so much.:-/

Because the country he claims to love so much wouldn't be what it is today without them. But your point is fair.

If the Secret Service can't guarantee protection of the president due to changes in weather they can override his authority and cancel his schedule. He has no say in the matter.

Lol

Posted in: Trump insults more reporters; claims Acosta video wasn't altered See in context

Most of the press are narcissistic little babies. Trump is no angel but neither are they! CNN's Jim Acosta is a pundit that disguises himself as a reporter.

There is some truth to this but if he is asked a question it is in his own best interest and in the best interest of the public that he answer the question and not throw a tantrum. If he doesn't want to answer that's ok and he should simply say he is not going to answer, but it's not ok to be an insulting and arrogant jerk. He demands respect but he deserves none.

Posted in: Where do you like to buy furniture in Japan? See in context

I'll generally shop around... fortunately we have a few places in my area that have some decent furniture... Ohtsuka, Shimachu, and even Nitori or IKEA (although I can't stand the IKEA layout and the furniture is really pretty average). That said... there are times when none of those I've listed have what I am after so I've actually started to make my own (wooden stuff only.... not confident to do upholstered). It can be a little expensive to do though.

Rugby ratings are very low, nothing compared to Baseball here.

Might be why countries like the US and Japan, baseball powerhouses, are lagging way behind. At least in Japan that is changing slowly.

Scotland to win it bud ;)

I'd like to see Scotland make a final. I don't think it's this tournament though. Same for Ireland. That'd be great to have somebody different to the regular 5 teams play the final.

I wish that if they were gonna do it, at least make it entertaining. Laser beams from eyes would look good in that picture above. It'd be just as honest too.

So who have you got in the top eight? In no particular order I think these teams... NZ, Australia, England, South Africa, Ireland, Argentina... I'm having trouble picking the last two... of course Wales and France would be serious contenders but Japan, Italy, Scotland... all have a reasonable chance.

This is the climate that trump has created.

I can't stand the guy but he is not responsible for creating this climate. These mass shootings have been going on for a long time now. That said... He is definitely not part of the solution either.

Thanks for the video. After watching it it's clear by calling that a karate chop Trump backers are resorting to alternative facts, fake news, distortions, or maybe just showing their delicateness.

IKR. I mean... he wouldn't have had to defend himself with a karate chop if she didn't launch a vicious and prolonged attack.

I don't think England have a chance and Eddie Jones will probably cop the flack but I think it's not him that will deserve it. I don't know why they've got John Mitchell on the coaching staff. He was basically the worst AB's coach ever and him being with the English will be an asset to NZ.

@goldorak - I agree... the Irish are good.
