Why is it that everyone want Japan to stop, but no one bats an eyelash about Iceland and Norway. They probably do twice a much.

Apply for an Amex. They approve everyone. I get Credit cards without even applying these days. I end up cutting them up and sticking to one card for purchases and one for automatic billing for keitai, electric, cable.. etc.

Japan doesn't officially have an army. They have a Self Defense force. Plus Japan doesn't abide by the UN rules against racial discrimination. THey have no place applying for the security counsil. Internationally Japan is a freaking joke.
