sabi: evidence that Hezbollah has implicating Israel in Hariri's murder

And what more credible source could there be than an internationally recognized terrorist group like Hezbollah. What an unfortunate transformation Lebanon has undergone from being a majority Christian nation to now a majority Muslim nation. Check out Brigitte Gabriel on Youtube, who was a Christian living in Lebanon.

The "Palestinians" were offered a state in 1948, which was larger than what they have now, but turned it down because the destruction of Israel was more important than statehood. And it's been the same ever since. The Palis really don't want a state because not only would it mean recognizing Israel, but they could no longer blame Israel for all of their failures.

North Korea says it is committed to a Korean peninsula without nuclear weapons

That's what they were saying during the 80's and 90's when they were developing their nukes.

sabi: The Israelis' recent actions in Lebanon, Gaza, and the attack on the humanitarian flotilla reflects well what kind of mentality they continue to have today.

It certainly does. That they're not going to succumb to Islamic Jihadists and International Socialists who seek their destruction. Other countries should take note.

This winter is the second coldest on record, following last year`s.

In fact, wasn't last year's global warming conference postponed due to snow blizzards? Certainly some irony there.

Israel is better known for sending its own rescue teams and medical personnel to other countries to help in their disaster relief efforts...Greece, Spain and Cyprus agreed to send firefighting helicopters, and additional aid was coming from Britain, Russia, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Romania, Jor dan and Bulgaria.

Nice to see these countries helping out.

sabi: an informed world population widely accepts that the Earth is round just as they widely accept...

The world population used to think the world was flat as well, so world opinion is irrelevant. All world opinion means is that more people have been duped by the "Palestinian" propaganda machine into believing the "Palestinian" lie than not.

sabi: Everyone has agreed to peace with Israel if they return to the pre-1967 borders

Why would Israel return the Golan Heights? The Muslim Arabs used to use this vantage point to fire down on Israeli women and child for target practice.

Molenir: Well, to be fair, most of Europe...

I agree with you. There's no question that Muslims and Socialists, which make up a huge portion of the world's population, do not support Israel. And many countries who are dependent on Arab oil will not show support for Israel. However, the United States, India, Australia have traditionally been strong allies of Israel. It's not as if there is no support for Israel as sabi would have everyone believe.

Anyway, I simply found it amusing, if not ironic, that Sabi is pontificating how no one supports Israel when every post on this thread, other than his own, defends Israel.

commitment to protect against Iranian attack

History has shown that defensive measures do not work in the long term. Iran's nuclear facilities and military could be eliminated in a couple of weeks of air strikes. This would be a whole lot cheaper and more effective than a European missile defense system. The Mullahs are laughing.

Israel is not going to back to pre-1967 borders, when Jews were forbidden by the Muslim Arabs from even entering East Jerusalem to visit their holy sites. This type of intolerance shouldn't be rewarded by giving back land for the delusion of peace with the Muslim Arabs.

Posted in: Mail bombs 4 times larger than Christmas plot See in context

LIBERTAS: The REAL reason for this whole ploy...

Muslims terrorists plant bombs every day, all over the world, under many different circumstances, against all types of people. It's not as if this is a unique event that warrants some conspiracy theory tantamount to the Kennedy assassination. It's just another day in the world of Islamic terrorism. How tedious it must become to perpetually conjure up complicated and convoluted explanations for something that's so simple.

As for the long range missiles we're not talking about ICBM's here but rather regional security.

The Iranian Shahab missile can reach Europe, Russia, Israel,...

if anybody caught even the slightest whiff of Iran screwing the pooch that bad they'd have their own satellite and a batch of Jericho 3s courtesy of Israel

If Iran gets nukes, there's little you can do about Iran without starting a nuclear war.

It's like MAD only it just involves the Middle East. Nobody wants that, not even Iran.

Iran is run by fundamentist Muslims who'd have no problem being martyrs for Allah. MAD doesn't apply.
