Much of the huge growth in population in the West Bank and Gaza has been from Egyptians and Jordainans immigrating to the region to find work in Israel (yet another reason to put quotes around "Palestinians"). How predictably stupid for the Muslim Arabs to want to destroy a country that has provided an economic boon to the region.

Over 90% of Arabs are Muslim. There are Christian populations but they are being attacked and murdered by Muslims in Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, etc. And Jews have pretty much been ethnically cleansed from the Arab nations.

How far the US has fallen when the Arabs are giving them ultimatums. A number one priority for the US should be finding alternatives to fossil fuels. When this happens, the Arab league will become irrelevant.

But terrorism by Muslims was occurring before the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. It was occurring in the Middle East before the state of Israel even existed. And it occurs in countries that have absolutely nothing to do with the US or Israel. It's completely naive to believe "If we just (fill in the blank), then Islamic terrorism will end." One has to first recognize that terrorism is tied to the religion of Islam wherever it exists.
