As an American, on behalf of all Americans, I would like to deeply apologize for the coarse, offensive, insensitive, ignorant behavior of my fellow countrymen. Japan is the height of decorum. The United States is the opposite. My sincere apologies for this man's uncouth behavior, and for all the Johnny Somali and Logan Paul types that come to Japan and destroy the peace and vandalize the country.
