Posted in: The ugly truth of 'gokon,' Japan’s group blind dates See in context

I haven't got plugged-in to Gokon so far. As far as I know some acquaintances participatied in such parties. Personally speaking, I think this kind of parties carries a higher risk for women. We need to promote a better understanding of the whys behind holding Gokon. There is the prefecture that holds Gokon intended for public service personnel, like Shizuoka. It's become a sort of social phenomenon. I guess Gokon is related to social background. Anyway that's because that's not how life works.

Posted in: What to tell children when teachers go astray See in context

This is the way it is : Children give teachers a lot of credit now. The other hand, guardians gave them a lot of credit way back when. Now they are losing now. Teachers are required the qualities appropriate to 'teachers'. Personally speaking I think nurture cannot be above a person.

Japan seemed to be underdog until Honda scored the first shoot.Even though his shoot made team's ambition good, Japan's performance didn't cut it. Japan was close but no cigar. Too bad! It just proves that anything can happen in sports.
