Prosecutors blamed Gutierrez-Reed for unwittingly bringing live ammunition onto the set of “Rust,”

If Baldwin has the authority and responsibility, then he's liable for allowing live bullets to be brought and used on work locations, unless the live bullets were needed for work

Regarding seafood exports Japan should encourage newspapers to highlight the increased exports to friendly countries who believe Japan's seafood is safe.

Because of the drop in prices owing to glut in supply due to china's sanctions and/or the current currency situation, demands from those nations should have skyrocketed.

If more people are aware then maybe that could drive demand even more and maybe help sway china of the safety of Japan's seafood.

Good to see this moving along. I hope this release goes as smoothly as all the others.

> China has kept an import ban in place on all seafood products from Japan in response to the discharges.

> A ban that is 100% politics, 0% science. As discussed many times.

> On second thoughts, don't bother answering. We already know your intent here.

Hahaha you're down to making things up.

The iaea is not monitoring the entire process lol.

Can't claim international standards anymore.

> Besides there not being any binding "international standards": How do you figure they can't? What changed?

So you're saying they can still? Why don't they claim anymore that the process is up to international standards?

Please kindly explain the reasons the USA has 11 aircraft carriers, the UK has 2, France has at least has one and India might finally have 1 that can sail out beyond the visual range of land.

The US has military bases in Japan. No explanation needed. Over 750 military bases around the world. Why do you need an explanation? You can't see the other perspective? You can only see from one side? It's not a challenge really.

The US has has that strategically positioned to maintain peace and for defense purposes

Dunno about Chinese media but my Japanese friends feel this is one issue they wish Japan stood differently on. They all love Taiwan and they feel Japan let Taiwan down in order to keep Chinese business.

Tell your Japanese friends to, like everyone here in JT does, boycott china and its products

China of course cannot trust Japan because Japan cannot make independent decisions regarding the 2 countries' relationship

He and his two fellow-plaintiffs are suing the national government and police, as well as the prefectural police of Tokyo and Aichi prefectures.

If the Tokyo and aichi police are doing deliberate racial profiling there would have been far more plaintiffs or foreigners who have been profiled. Unless there're only 3 foreigners in those areas.

Well , maybe there would be more who will consult the lawyer after this , let's see

That's 16 more than my experience but I'm still not sure if that's really a lot in 10 years.

There are individuals that arouse suspicion more than others but if many of them experience the same then it might indeed be racial profiling.

The U.S., Britain and Jordan — a key American ally in the region — have all said their air forces helped intercept the Iranian missiles and drones. Halevia said France and “other partners” were involved, and he noted that “Iran’s attack has created new opportunities for cooperation in the Middle East.”

Many have helped to minimize the Iran attack, otherwise strong response and escalation would have been a certainty.

Still seems very likely of course

The new study found that between 2013 and 2017, there were 46 cancer drugs granted accelerated approval. Of those, 63% were converted to regular approval even though only 43% demonstrated a clinical benefit in confirmatory trials.

Only 43% demonstrated clinical benefit?

This program should be scrapped if that's the case.

This obviously leads to more deaths compared to when all cancer sufferers use approved drugs.

Why allow drug companies to profit at the cost of people's lives when there are already a lot of approved drugs?
