Posted in: Number of landslides in Japan surges almost 50% in a decade See in context
I knew for the first time that number of landslide happen 1.5 time more frequently compared with previous 10 years.
but it’s for sure that in western Japan we have seen more downpours and torrential rainfall right this rain weather season in the past decade.
This is because of more humid moisture flows. Global warming has made temperature of sea surface that forms more humid air and ends up easily triggering downpours and torrential rainfall especially in the region.
Under the risk of the infection from this season , we might have to More keep eye on weather information to make prompt decision for evaluating to communities or families

It’s not surprise. We are on our way to get used to new norm.
I think the importance is that government and companies continue to urge employers to take teleworking unless necessaries
Also the government have to urge public schools to adopt something like online learning and provide computers for children who doesn’t own sufficient computers for leaning

this news will make the US government disadvantage more as well as the incident of recent protest against racism.
But for Japan this won’t affect any self-defense policy that must improve or strengthen the defense capacity by ourselves against neighbor countries
If Japan can not afford it, I hope Japan ask for allied countries to help with paying money more ....

I took a domestic flight yesterday in response of Japan lifting the restriction of interprefectural travels on Friday
When I booked the tickets online, the seats were almost full. But actually Seats were cut to keep distance.
30% of seats I guessed were used.
I felt it’s safer to be onboard than staying at restaurants with more confined spaces.
Having said ventilation in airplane is sufficient taken.
So I’m wondering if more international flights reopen early not only to 4 Asian Pacific countries which already permitted to travel but also More countries like Asian countries.

Yes, he is right.
The relatively low mortality rate from the new coronavirus is because of high level of social manner.
It also shows the recent cases in Tokyo. The half number of cases are likely to be related to night clubs.

It’s something like ironic, because the 2nd phase was set following the decline in the number of cases are the single digit.
But the relaxation of any many restriction business is vital in any case.
And Tokyo government has a control of the tendency on the recent case that about half a number of the cases might have occurred in young generation which is 20s and 30s especially relevant to night clubs.
So I wish most business are able to take a fully open under the control.
