Have not been on here much of late, but nice to see people still being funny. Flash? That would put the icing on the cake.

The guy is a liar. I see students on the trains all the time and if you cannot tell they are kids, get a lobotomy.

What happened to her Mexicano-san?

They try to stop people from taking pictures at the beach whether you are a guy or a girls. They want you to ask permission first. It is not a law but jorei. If you ask people, then they give that absurd peace sign and ruin candid shots. I was stopped from shooting a band on the beach, so went to the police koban and showed my pictures. They said ok but ask. Absurd as the band asked me to shoot them for a promotional.

Ivan you are right. There is so much porn on the net, so why would a dumb idiot risk there job and family for shooting pictures on escalators?

Very weird.

Darren you made my day, and it has not been a good one. I just got back from lunch, and I shot a picture. Tantanmein. I shot pictures before and after, as I can only eat almost a half of those giant bowls.

I always take photos of the wonderful food served in Japan. I put together slides shows for family and friends, and when they come to visit, they have a good idea of the food they want to try. This is a food culture, and I have never been to a restaurant here where I was told to not take pictures. The chefs were proud of their work, and thanked me for taking a lot of good shots. I even furnish them with copies if they ask, as I know what I am doing in the digital world. Itadakimasu! Snap Snap

Posted in: Locals must be more active in tsunami readiness: experts See in context

Past generations already did step "A"

They carved into large stones about past tsunami and how high they got. People ignored them, and then others eventually did not know about them.

The whole problem started with LAN speculators selling property that should never had been built on in the first place.

Nappy is a derogatory word for blacks in America. It concerns their hair. Is their a place called YellowDilly Circus too?

Maybe some of the blatant racism that is so enveloped in English society that some good may come out of all this in the end!
