I mean, even the article you are commenting in do so: "A closer look at Gatorade’s ingredients"

Good. So you finally understand the article doesn't "warns about energy drinks".

At least you abandoned the rest of your mistaken claims about human health.

So you understand elevated blood pressure is not mentioned in the Gatorade article as a warning about "cardiac health". Now you can finally move on!

So, the day after Trump is gone from office, his protective detail should end too. Fair is fair.

This crosses a line.

But I think Trump has a good reason to do away with the protective detail because now that the border is being protected, Iranian assassins won't be entering into the US.

The article is about electrolyte beverages, gatorade is a clear example. Experts ALSO warn about energy drinks.

Did experts warn about the towels?

It is nothing but a dog whistle for the bigots.

Any European countries have birthright citizenship?

And the ones that don't--those countries are bigots?

Ireland, Italy, France . . .

The point is that the original comment made a deeply irresponsible mischaracterization of the warnings about sodium,

Ok, we understand you are stating your thoughts, and not medical scientific facts.

Gatorade is an electrolyte beverage, there is the relevance.

You admit no expert "warns against energy drinks".

Also, Gatorade is a brand name. Some of its products are protein powders, protein bars, towels, cups---so, it is NOT an electrolyte beverage.

Elevated blood pressure is a well known factor for cardiac health, pretending not to know this is, frankly speaking, beyond believable.

According to medical professionals elevated blood pressure affects the force on the ARTERIES. I guess it comes as a surprise to you but the heart and arteries are not one and the same!

Again, nowhere in the article is "cardiac health" mentioned, like you falsely claimed because it is basic knowledge that high blood pressure can cause or be a risk for many health issues--eye damage, kidney disease, stroke, heart attack.

So limiting the elevated blood pressure only as a risk for "cardiac health" shows a lack of understanding of this basic health matter.

what you seem to have confused is thinking that "excessive amount" is a universal value that applies the same to everybody, which obviously makes no sense.

Neither this article nor the article to which you provide a link mention "excessive amount". Just making up terms does not make those facts.

As to Experts on nutrition do of course warn about energy drinks and their effect on cardiac health that is false.

In the article you link to, no expert "warns about energy drinks".

The article is only about Gatorade.

And there is no mention of "cardiac health" in the article either. Can you provide factual information from now on?

I am not an American and not a fan of Trump, but I wish every nation should have a president like Trump. People hate him, but truly this guy knows what it means to be a head of a nation.

This is very nicely stated.

Posted in: Federal judge temporarily blocks Trump’s executive order redefining birthright citizenship See in context

Changing the birthright amendment requires lots of states and the senate to agree.

I actually like the goal of this. Only long term, legal, residents of the US should have their children become citizens automatically. Anyone illegally in the US or on a short term Visa shouldn't be able to create an anchor baby to be rewarded with Citizenship.

No more carrots for people illegally in the US. That policy has failed since before Reagan.

I hope the 14th amendment is modified. If it can be done (doubtful), it needs to happen THIS year or momentum will be gone and it won't have much chance again.

Nicely stated.

Posted in: Extreme fire: 'Unprecedented risk' poorly understood See in context

So Cal has not had any rain since last Easter. December was dry. No rain yet 23 days into January. That is very far from normal.

It is normal for places to have droughts and not have fires.

Is it normal for a 117-million gallon reservoir in Los Angeles to be out of commission for so long?

You on the other hand claimed that the fire had nothing to do with climate change, but could not support this claim with anything, much less the content of the article.

Good you moved on and proved your original statement  "climate change make the fires extreme" does not appear in this article and is not attributed to any expert. Anyone knowledgeable about the SoCal fires is aware there was lack of basic care by the State of California with the brush in the forests, the city letting their water supply basically run out, and the cutting of funds so that the firefighting force has been depleted.

This fire has nothing to do with climate change.

Trump told Newsom from the day they first met almost 10 years ago that he must clean his forest floors regardless of what the environmentalists demand of him.

Now DEI misguided policies, and saving a fish instead of storing water combined with woke politics have ruined Southern California.
