To be fair, with heating / cooling the air gets dry and sometimes people will cough especially when boarding a train from more humid environment.
Doesn't even mean they are sick or anything.

Indeed, I'm also unsure what this is supposed to mean.
How does having encryption guaranteed by constitution impact security negatively?

Yeah, DDoS nowadays overloads whole AD, does not target some puny single or a couple of IPs. And if Akamai couldn't survive this, and they started as a DDoS protection company, then good luck. There's a certain budget companies are willing to spend on prevention, too.
But "spoofed IPs" is pushing it a bit, two decades too late. ;-)

Sorry, but that's kinda what リッチ is talking about. You're taking the company's explanation as truth, リッチ is doubting it. And I've seen a lot of companies blame their fault as a "cyberattack".

So people voted with their wallets. Looks like the total turnover this year was lower than the last, despite the price increase.
@Albert,
The market doesn't seem to welcome price increases either, as statistics show.
I know nothing about the 年賀状 price hike (apart from the amount stated in the article), but it wasn't a smart move from the business perspective.

Unfortunately there's a lot of those (there are even websites that track all those 人身事故), so I am unsure why this specific one gets more visibility than others (all are important).

I do think it's a good advice.

Not that easy, watch some stuff on that famous scammer girl who was doing it to get money for host clubs. The way those operate is that they basically trap you. I mean, sure, just say no and leave, but then again if everyone was able to do so, then scams would never happen.

Yeah I get the feeling leaving mutilated parts around elementary schools is a way to say "you're next", so that psycho has already "evolved" and may be planning moving onto people soon.
I'd suggest having police officers partol schools until the psycho is found and neutralized.

I mean, while it's not a solution as most here noticed, as long as it really reaches those in need (and only those in need), I don't mind my tax money going there. It's better than nothing. I just hope (no I don't, I know better by now) that that's just a small bandaid before they come up with a long term plan how to help those people. Part time contracts are probably the most urgent to look at.

Hopefully they'll at least ask why he did that. Chances are, if his family is struggling, - which would not surprise me nowadays - some guidance is all that's needed.
I wish people asked for help when they needed it in this country.
