The fascists admit they have no defence against Russian hypersonic missiles. Time for Putin to put the liberation of Ukraine above the Swiss bank accounts of his capitalists and take out all the NATO bases east of Germany and north of Greece. Do that, and Ukrainians will liberate the Ukraine themselves.

I now see where Putin is getting his ideas regarding Ukraine from. Putin needs a conflict to distract his populace from his failings a leader and with the failings of their system of government.

Talk about reverse psychology!

If North Korea wasn't arming itself to the teeth, it would be evidence the authorities there have lost their minds. Still, they can't be safe until they have at least 10s of nuclear warheads ready to be delivered to US cities on a moments notice. If North Korea wasn't bordering Russia and China, USA would have probably already nuked most of the country.

As a general rule, an infectious disease wants to live. If it kills the host within hours, chances are it won't live for long. So it becomes less severe as it spreads unless it encounters masses of soldiers in trenches as in WW1 where it can spread very easily without becoming less severe. After Omicron, the next varient will be nothing more a runny nose for a day or two. Big Pharma will take credit for it but say we must take 4 bosters a year regardless and governments in the West and Japan will of course fall in line behind the Big Pharma diktats.

What a shame USA has made this kind of thing necessary rather than allowing countries to spend the money and use the resources required for nuclear arsenals on making life better for the population.

Milton Friedman informed us honestly how to deal with inflation, and unfortunately there is no happy path out of it.

There is no way out of it at all without a brutal assault on the working class and of that doesn't cause mass social unrest (and governments don't start wars saying, "Look how bad that country is!"), within a decade the process starts again even though the working class never clawed back all that was taken from them the previous time. And on and on it goes until civilization ending war or social revolution. It's a mathematical certainty.

The more they keep printing money, the more they set themselves up for a catastrophic crash but as soon as they stop, a decline in the real economy. Damned if they do, damned if they don't. In the most advanced economies caitalism has devolved into a confidence game with the real economy and masses damned either way. Perfectly according to Marx's basic analysis.

Er... @Sanjinosebleed, he was deported because he lied about his whereabouts on the 14 days

Nonsense. According to the state itself, his visa was revoked because one sad little politician wanting his name in the newspaper deemed Djokovic a threat to the safety of the Australia public, a law enacted to allow for the deportation of ISIS and Al Qaida recruiters and fundraisers.

It's true his manager did tick the wrong box on the entry form. I did the same thing coming into Japan once. The customs agent merely said, "You mean *** don't you"? I ticked the right box and went about my business. That's obviously why the state didn't use that as a reason for the visa being revoked.

What you think is irrelevant, it's a well know fact, admitted by Mr. Zelenskiy himself.

Firstly, I'm at ethnic Scandinavian from a Scandinavian country. Most workers in Scandinavia hate neo-Nazis, just like Ukrainians. The regime far from hates them, just like Ukraine.

So he is a Jew? Okay. And the point is?

Any numbers to back this fascinating generalization up?

How popular was the now ruling regime when it was in opposition and promising to end the war and seek good relations with Russia and how popular is it now?

Ukrainians killed every single one of them, right? Or probably WW2 has something to do with this?

No. Some were able to flee to Poland. Nazis shipped others to Germany for slave labour and themselves killed some. "Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists" killed most. Overwhelmingly women and children. Impossible to say how many but probably something like 25% fled to Poland, were shipped to Germany for slave labour or killed by Nazis. And OUN killed 75%.

Of course the war had something to do with it. Without the war those fascists wouldn't have had the opportunity to carry out their heinous, mass-scale crime.

Cool story, do you know how much actual "nazis" (the far right party Svoboda) got on 2015 parliamentary elections? Less that 5%.

I think it was way less than 5% but the regime still has several of it's members in key government posts.

-4 ( +3 / -7 )

Posted in: Russia says it will take nothing less than NATO expansion ban See in context

How come a "nazi" country has a Jewish president, I wonder.

Ukraine is not a "Nazi" country. The regime relies on Azov Battalion, Right Sektor and other neo-Nazi groups to stay in power. In return, several minsters in the regime come from these groups and are recorded in videos and images giving Nazi salutes. The vast majority of the population hates the neo-Nazis and the regime.

I know for a Ukrainian to glorify Nazis is taking self-loathing to ridiculous levels but maybe that's why most Ukrainians hate them.

I don't think the president is a Jew. If he were, it would say more about him than anything else. We know the regime glorifies the "Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists" from the war. How did they treat Jews? Ditto for Poles. Poles made up about 30% of the population in 1940. When the Red Army arrived in 1944, there were basically zero Poles in western Ukraine. What happened to them?

lso Russia: omg, but why would you seek protection from NATO, Ukraine? Help, I feel threatened!

Doesn't Russia know anything about the supposedly "obsolescence" of tank warfare?

If I were to have a wild guess, I'd say the Russians know more than anyone else about warfare. They most certainly know about hypersonic missiles which the fascist powers admit they have no defense against.

If the Russians were to say something to the end of, "these NATO facilities in Eastern Europe which NATO promised us would never exist are going to disappear by the end of the week. Any local armies and civilians are advised to keep well away from them. Any attacks coming from any country on Russian infrastructure, will see a terrifying response on those countries." What could the fascists do? Launch nukes most of which the Russians would intercept over Japan, Canada and Eastern Europe and then prepare for the counter attack which wouldn't be intercepted?

@virusrex

Do you know the difference between "relative risk reduction" and "absolute risk reduction" as it relates to vaccines? I asked you previously. You didn't answer the question, merely provided a link which I think explained it. Not sure. I didn't look. I know what it means. I actually took the radical step of researching it myself. Do you know?

And do you know why a placebo group along with a vaccine group is used in vaccine trials?

The point of vaccines is to preserve the healthcare system and not necessarily to save your life. If not enough people are vaxxed

I know they recently changed the definition. I don't need or want or want the rest of your diatribe. Read it too many times previously though.........

You have an accident, heart attack, something medical happens

Are you inadvertently referring to my second question without realizing? That is: Why do they use a placebo group and a vaccine group during vaccine trials?

-1 ( +7 / -8 )

No surprise when others put your life at risk because they are stupid and/or afraid of getting a jab.

Assuming you got the jab, it was because you were afraid of coronavirus. He had coronavirus and evidently, didn't fear it. Know he knows his immunity is far stronger than anyone relying on the Big Pharma vaccines, he'd have to be an utter moron to take it without massive coercion.

Because getting the infection is inferior to vaccination,

Ok. Obviously nothing or no one will ever turn you against the dogma of vaccination. If I can just ask, do you understand the difference between 'relative risk reduction' and "absolute risk reduction' as it relates to vaccines?

a fact highlighted by the fact that he has got Covid twice already.

He hasn't. That's why they claim to be denying him entry. Because he recovered from infection more than 6 months ago.

Risk of heart attack isn't one of the rare side effects of the vaccine.

Ditto for my first point. Another question. Do you know why they use a placebo group and a vaccine group during vaccine trials?
