The supply chain for construction materials and prices for them remain unaffected, so they're going to keep doing what they're doing. We're just expected to suck up all the higher prices so they can keep their money scam going.

Great, now they're putting the squeeze on us. Everybody knows nuclear is not reliable and dangerous. When it fails again, then what?

Well, thank you, Mr kishida, I guess that means that we'll all get an extra 2%, no matter what, based on the alleged inflation target.

Why should humans and countries get paid reparations for environmental Injustice? Give nature rights and then pay reparations to the ecology so people in countries can benefit.

So let me get this straight, the guy burned himself because of abes funeral which was caused by the unification Church and Korean involvement.

If they don't raise the interest rates like other countries because of their bad loans for pork barrel government projects, the Japanese people in consumers will be left with the tab again. What a failure.

Now is the time for Japan to start making their own stuff. Can you imagine what they would name the rockets? The exchange rate is not in their favor. It's the only realistic choice.

For those of you who think nuclear power will save humanity, the future will hold more of the same and rest assured Japanese reactors are being targeted with missiles.

It's time to start using plan b because we're already in a power crunch. It's probably better to stockpile wood just in case. Nuclear is never on time and never under budget. Meltdowns and no place for the waste, yeah right!

Posted in: Kishida's support tumbles, hit by questions over Unification Church and COVID See in context

I thought kishida was falling in the polls because of bad policy decisions like letting the yen lose its value so the small people suffer instead of the government having to pay interest on loans. I'm glad I read this article because now I know that, kishida only needs to clear his name about the church and everything will be great again.

Posted in: U.S. nuclear industry hopes to expand output with new reactors See in context

The nail in the coffin for reactors is all the waste they produce. The old type reactors produce lots of waste and there's no safe way to protect it or store it. Where is the innovation we've all been waiting for?

Instead of innovation, they have new mini nuclear reactors that produce even more waste per gigawatt, I've read double the waste.

I've also heard that the waste is just to be left on site after retiring the reactors. What a solution.

There will be more involvement in quitting nuclear because of the waste.

It's a good thing that the principal had the moral courage to let everybody know about the problem, even though it was bound to be very unpopular. A lot of school principals probably would have just sucked it up.

I really hope it was her poop. Do you think other people could have been involved? Can you imagine the police questioning?

Well, I feel so much safer now that they've announced all their plans and how they're going to arm themselves. It's hard to imagine that the Chinese aren't reading this too and just planning to attack before the budget goes through. What will we do then? Let's use the money to arm citizens if there's a threat.

Sounds like the same plan as the one before the tohoku earthquake. Well it will take is one earthquake to knock them all offline again. It might be a good idea to make a plan b. People depend on having power and putting all their eggs in one basket will surely have the same results and maybe more meltdowns.

With the rate of population decline, it seems that we might be on the right track. As time goes by, power consumption will be less and less. There is no need for nuclear. It's time to get it all out of here before they find another use for it.

They're crafting the wording very well so they can justify any weapons. We're not only talking about missiles. We're talking about AI. The ability to make a robots and to station them here on the islands of Japan, for our defense, of course. It will be to keep us safe, protect us from ourselves, and even strike other countries robots internationally.
